Clean, comfortable bed with a good mattress, good wifi, nice staff, instant coffee/tea available in the room. Bus stop to city center in front of the hotel and SBahn/urban train station about 10 minutes walking from the hotel.

The hotel was quite far from the city center, which made getting around a bit inconvenient. However, the staff were absolutely amazing—friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist. The room was super clean and well-maintained, which made our stay comfortable despite the location. If you don’t mind being a bit away from the main attractions, this is a great place to stay for the excellent service and cleanliness.

Not too far from the city centre. Good if you just need a base if you travel with the car. Really clean and front desk really friendly.

Location is ok. Near tram station but not close to the city center. We waited for a while during checking in as there was only 1 staff at the reception. We were very surprised that no slippers were offered or could be purchased making our stay less comfortable.

The room was amazing and spacious. Unfortunately the room with Mountain View were limited hence unable to book for that room. Anyway, the staff were friendly and it serves great breakfast. The distance to the nearest train station is somewhat on the down side as there were little to no street lights went walking back from the train station. Overall, I would say it’s a pleasant experience staying in this hotel and will consider again for my next trip.

I was stayting there for only a night and I was checking in on 7 Oct 2024 (7:10pm). The parking outside the hotel does not have clear sign that which one was owned by the hotel and we found that there are more spare spaces just outside the hotel but with German signs written on the pillar. We didn't understant what it is saying and my husband just stop his car in one of those parking area and let me get to the check in counter first so that I can ask the concierge guy. However, the guy who is checking me in is having a long face that I thought I must have killed his father to make him being that rude to me. He mumbled to ask me where did I park with his poor English and I told him that I park just outside and he YELLS at me that NO! ONLY ON THE RIGHT SIDE. The spaces on the right side of the hotel is full at the moment and its dinner time. Also the hotel doesn't have its own parking area and the Asian restaurant next to it is sharing the parking slots with the hotel. I was really furious while for the first time in my life, I was having racist issues with a hotel receptionist right at the front door of the hotel. I would rather hope that there is no one serving me than being insulted by a receptionist who needs to be well trained to every customer who come to his desk. If this page can let me score a ZERO mark to the reception, I would do it right here. After I leave the counter, I saw that there is other German guys coming to the reception and same receptionist who is working all alone at the desk is smiling and have jokes with them. All I can conclude is that the white receptionist is racist on Asian customers and will not hope us Asians to come to their place anymore.

Clean and confortable hotel for all type of travellers. Easy free parking and supportive staff.

Quite a dated hotel and the main draw is the free parking. However, their next door neighbour has banned hotel guests from parking in front of their establishment - causing all hotel guests to have to park their cars in the non-sheltered area. The car gets really hot in the summer. I think the ban is ridiculous given that the neighbouring establishment barely sees any of their lots being used.

Not in the city centre but tram outside hotel takes you to the city in 20 mins. Free parking available. Rooms were decent but we noticed couple of small cockroaches.

Staff was friendly and hotel was clean and nice!

Housekeeping service was poor. We stayed 4 nights at this hotel and requested housekeeping but they only came once, for which they only emptied the trash. Bedding and towels were not tidied up and supplies were not refilled. The cleaning staff accidentally came into our room at 8am when we were inside, no knocking or apologies. We placed a clean up sign on the door knob before we left in the morning but the room was not cleaned when we came back in the evening, despite the sign being turned around by someone. The bins also had no bin liners which was odd, and our trash was not emptied for most nights. Location was quite far away from city centre or train station, takes 20-30 mins, 2 buses (transfer in between) to get to train station. Receptionist was friendly and willing to help. However I don’t think I will be staying again.
