I am writing to share my feedback regarding my recent stay at the Samarkand Grand Plaza Hotel. Unfortunately, my experience was below expectations for several reasons: Room Service: Room service was not functioning well, and there was no cleaning or tidying of the room for three consecutive days. Reception Service: The reception staff lacked effective communication with clients and did not demonstrate a client-oriented approach. Amenities: Toothpaste and toothbrush were not initially provided. When requested, the toothpaste quality was very poor and unusable (photo attached for reference). Breakfast Service: While the breakfast was average, the staff asked guests several questions during the meal, which was uncomfortable and intrusive. The only notable advantage of the hotel was its convenient location. I hope you take this feedback constructively to address the mentioned issues and improve the overall guest experience.
