The hotel is in a fantastic location half an hour from the airport. The reception area was bright & welcoming. Room was clean bright & airy. We were fortunate enough to get a room with the infinity pool just outside overlooking the sea. In regards to the food there are plenty of options for all with plenty of desserts. Every night in the restaurant there is a different theme for food we experienced Chinese, Mexican & our final night will be Sushi. Each night there is entertainment for the guests & the best one was the Tina Turner impressionist. She was truly outstanding. The best thing about the hotel I can say is the staff who are hard working, always smiling & friendly. We had a few issues on arrival which were dealt very quickly by the Guest Experience Team & the manager. With the hotel overlooking the sea & shops in close proximity we would definitely recommend if it's somewhere you are looking to recharge. Nearby there are plenty of options to eat at if you fancy something different there is a great Indian restaurant across the road called Tandoori Flavour in the Shopping Centre & a restaurant called Victoria serving fantastic food. There is also a Spa & Gym which l never had the chance to try. All in all we had a great week made special by meeting some great people, making new friends & by being made to feel so welcome. If you enjoy drinking coffee unless you are in one of the Premium Rooms or Suites these are not replenished daily so may l suggest you bring your own. So if you go & there are any issues please let the Guest Experience Team or Reception aware they will go above & beyond to rectify your problems. Excellent hotel staff & team 5/5 for their efforts, we applaud & thank them for their professionalism.

Unfortunately we are very disappointed with this hotel everywhere is so tired and in need of a refurbishment. Staff are a mixed bag from very grotto down right rude and miserable service at terrace bar very very slow took 30 minutes to just get some ice !! I personally wouldn’t waste your money also if you are a smoker forget it can’t smoke anywhere other than some dingy dirty area absolutely nowhere to chill in sun with a drink and a cigarette!! Can’t complain about food good variety also freshly squeezed juices and cava at breakfast. There is a small amount of supermarkets and restaurants at front of hotel but very run down area We would definitely never return here this is an honest and fair review we have stayed in many hotels across the world and this is down there with the worst not worth £4000 for 2 for 9 nights.

Really enjoy our stay here. We did the premium package which was totally worth it. With private areas to sunbath, fruit juices and fruit in afternoon , and hour spa time, towels ect. The entertainment team (well guy) who ran yoga and aqua aerobics which I attend was fab. Full on energy and very friendly. The staff on site were very helpful and friendly too. I can not thank them enough for making our stay relaxing and enjoyable. The food selection was varied and good. Everything you want from all. Inclusive. Proximity to the beech is all perfect as the hotel in right on the front. There are plenty of bars and shops from 5- 15mins walk from the hotel. I would highly recommend coming here.

We travelled as a party of 11 for a hen party. We all had such an amazing time. The staff have been absolutely superb and the hotel is lucky to have them all. Bar area is table service and you’re never waiting long. The food at the bar is next level for all inclusive. Usually it’s terrible burger and chips etc but this place serve salmon, rice and asparagus, steak and fries, pizzas, amazing buttered prawns, nachos with guac etc. It was just so lovely. Cocktails are also fantastic. The manager got us a dinner table each evening all together and out of the way a little, we were quite loud so this was appreciated. The evening entertainment needed a little more energy or something different But being out of season-ish it was good. Andrew really pushed the boat out on the night we went on our hen celebration and the hen had the best evening. Hotel is on the beach and loungers are €4.50 you can take drinks down and there is a shower on the beach. Towels are free and you can swap them as you need. Main food is lovely too, always a couple of show stations. Duck rolls, tacos, steak, fresh ham on the bone. Salads are fresh. You can’t save sunbeds so have always been able to sit down. Would definitely go back as a group. 10/10

Have just returned from a week of being waited on hand and foot. THE STAFF make this hotel one of the best we have ever visited. Can’t mention them all but special thanks to Andrew on entertaining, Hudson at the pool bar always happy and courteous. Other waiting staff, Diosuany was so professional Alexander, Jessica, Maria, Laura, Angelica, all these staff were amazing. Raul & Oswaldo at the pool always smiling and helpful putting up umbrellas if we struggled.
