Miraflores Boutique Hotel Adults Only

To echo previous reviews, the hospitality and service of the staff at Miraflores was unmatched. Everyone was so friendly and ready to go the extra mile to make our stay enjoyable. Dorothy was AMAZING- she helped us organize tours, a scooter rental, and an extended check-out for our late flight. Dorothy was a super star and we can't thank her enough! Shout out to Alis/Alex as well, who served us for breakfast and dinner and was extremely kind and helpful. We stayed in the ocean view room as well as the superior suite with the private pool- if you can, upgrade to the superior room! It had an amazing bed, huge shower/bathroom area, and we loved having a secluded backyard area with a cold pool to splash around in. We were able to get hot water in the bathroom, but we were too hot to need it! These rooms also had very powerful AC, which was great with the weather being so hot!!! Be aware that the hotel is on a very quiet side of the island, which we loved! But you will need a scooter/buggy/taxi to get around. There aren't many restaurants in walking distance (except Ayora's restaurant, which we recommend!) and the hotel doesn't serve lunch, so keep transportation options in mind. But it was lovely being on the lush green property, across from the ocean sunset, in a much more chill area of the island!! Thanks to all the staff for such an amazing stay!

Absolutely beautiful hotel and property. This hotel is situated on the southern end of the island, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Very calm and relaxing and the staff is very attentive. We had an absolutely wonderful time there. AND if you want to go to town or other beaches, everything is 5-10 minutes away. A perfect place!

The hotel is very nice. Staff is friendly, a few hiccups on our arrival, but overall good. The location is not great. You feel a bit trapped unless you order a moto or golf cart which can add up if using for more than one day. Rooms are very nice and staff is always willing to accommodate you. But there is not much to do, unless you find some transport out. The beaches are very rocky and best for snorkeling or diving.

From the moment we arrived we were greeted by super friendly, welcoming staff. Dorothy, Johann, Alex and Jesus in particular were extremely helpful and made our stay awesome! We got help with recommendations for stuff to do, restaurants etc and they couldn’t do enough for us. The room was nice and clean, super quiet and the restaurant was great too! So happy that we stayed there and would 100% go to Miraflores again when we return 😁

This place must have paid reviewers because I do not understand how it could have such good reviews. The place does not look like the photos. The staff was rude, there were many bugs, the bed was hard as a rock, and the service was terrible. And if you rent a room with the jacuzzi like I did, know that there is no heat, these are just small cold water baths. As a matter of fact, our shower didn't have hot water either. I will say the only redeeming factor was the chef, super friendly guy. To top it off, the owner is a liar and a slime ball. Trust me, you will find better places to stay. I would suggest booking any other hotel on beautiful San Andres!

Hotel situado fuera de la ciudad, en un lugar tranquilo. Con pocas habitaciones, no es un sitio lujoso (la isla es toda bastante rústica), está situado en medio de la naturaleza. Cogimos un upgrade y estuvimos en una habitación con jacuzzi. Se abría una puerta y desde allí se podía ver todo el jardín. Tienen un taxista (Nelson) que te hace muy fáciles las cosas. Un acierto!!

Excelente hotel boutique mas longe do centro e tambem com poucas opções de lazer nele ou proximos Se ficar neste hotel vc precisa do carrinho de golf ( ele esta a uns 10-14km do centro no extremo oposto da ilha). O carrinho custa 350k COP dia e abastece com Gasolina (tudo paga em dinheiro entao saca no aeroporto ou centro). Este quarto em si é bem espaçoso e confortável, todavia o ar nao gela bem devido ao erro de dimensionamento para o quarto. O minibar é ótimo e tem wi-fi no quarto ( a ilha é muito ruim neste aspecto). O café da manhá é bom ( diria uns 8/10), e o hotel é bem arborizado. Se voltar a noite grave pontos de referencia pois nao fica iluminado e é ruim de encontrar. Fica prox a caverna do Pirata. A banheira é bem gostosa, mas poderia ser aquecida. O chuveiro é ótimo e harmonico com sua parede de vidro. Staff gentil e cordial Opção de late checkout ate meia noite com otimos preços.

El lugar es precioso, realmente alejado del concurrido centro, la atención de Johana, Doroty y Octavia muy buena, sin embargo si cuentan con varias oportunidades de mejora: Habitaciones Caribean, se escucha todo el ruido del restaurante y cocina, casi hasta las 10pm, muy molesto. El desayuno es incluido, sin embargo casi siempre faltaba algo, no había leche, no había pan, no había yogurt, muy mal, son productos básicos en el desayuno. Cosas que no dependen del hotel, pero es importante tenerlo en cuenta: Los mosquitos, son una plaga, realmente muy molesto, en la mañana y en la noche. Tienen gallinas y gallo que canta como a las 4.00am, ( Que pereza) Esta realmente alejado de todo, casi 20 minutos en taxi ( $ 50.000) cada traslado/al centro, a los muelles donde están los tours, los restaurantes, en fin, lejos de todo. Se te va el dinero en transporte. En conclusión, hospedarnos allí no fue una decisión tan acertada. Lindo el lugar, pero hasta ahí.
