I didn’t like that we had no hot water my entire stay. I advised staff never given answer why. I received no face towels my entire stay after advising them every day with no response

Everything about the property was nice except the food. The food was terrible. Pretty sure I got norovirus. The food in the buffet was not kept warm. It tasted awful.

On the plus side, the windows to the balcony are super thick cutting out the majority of outside noise - which is extensive. Besides this, the room is your average 3 - 4 star hotel in America. Think Holiday Inn express or a Marriott Courtyard at best. Interior corridors at this hotel are not really air conditioned. Hot and muggy throughout the hotel. Sadly, this facility is probably one of the best on the island. Overall, San Andes is a second tier beach resort town. I don’t think there is a value of $400+ a night at this hotel. People are friendly and helpful. But if you are expecting something above a 3.5 star service, this resort and San Andrés in general is probably not for you. I have heard from the locals that Providencia is more laid back and quiet. I may try there another time.

Great food at the buffet. Rooms with a view of the marina are fantastic .walking distance to anything downtown san andres but still lacking finishing touches in a few areas. Mostly top notch spot. Would recommend again. 8.9/10
