Oceanfront Serenity in Gated Community Near Rosarito

Disappointing There was no pool as the images showed. It was not a hotel, it was a residential property. My kids and I were looking forward to a pool as the images showed. We submitted to working with the jacuzzi thay was on the property. The jacuzzi did not work, the water was cold, and the jets did not go on because there was electrical issues. The lights flashed and turned off when we turned the jacuzzi on. I was terrified at the thought of being electrucuted in the jacuzzi. The room was humid, and only had a floor fan to work with that was not enough to ventilate the room. The ceiling fan was not an option due to electrical issues connected to the jacuzzi. I would not go back. Very disappointed, not what I was looking forward to.

Never again Only good thing I can say about this place, is the beach view. The beach is quite dirty though. So many bad things to say about this place. First, communication is not up to par. The keyless entries don’t work well. We were locked out of the building at 3am with no one to communicate with. Luckily other guests in the building heard us knocking after knocking over 45mins. The keypad to the unit would work when it wanted to. I had to hop the balcony to get into the room. They need to upgrade their keyless locks. The unit was not clean. The cleaners didn’t even change the sheets. There was blood on the pillows, make up and we’re just disgusting. We asked for new sheets and towels and we’re told they would ask the cleaning staff, unfortunately that’s all we were told and nothing arrived. The fridge was dirty, the bathroom wasn’t too clean and overall, the property wasn’t well maintained. There was no hot water at all and the water pressure was extremely low. Just say I didn’t really get to shower my whole stay. I would never return until they fix these issues. I would highly recommend to stay away
