Holiday Inn San Antonio-Riverwalk recensioner

The room pictures indicate that there is a balcony. I had to pay an additional $30 per day to get the room depicted in the descriptive pictures. They explained that they use generic pictures for many rooms. At best, it's careless; at worst, intentional. In any case, it is misleading. I never had a similar problem with my other bookings at trip.com. The elevator wasn't working for two days, and they didn't even bother to put up a sign. Overall, the hotel doesn't seem to care about its customers.

Good location

Great experience. Super clean and super comfortable bed. I want to thank them so much for allowing me to stay while I had a situation with losing my card.
