Great location, it's in walking distance to the Riverwalk.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The vale were very helpful getting us our vehicle every time we needed it and helped with our luggage. Great family game area with games like monopoly, scrabble, and chess. Cafe un hotel had giant pop tarts and amazing capachinos! The room was spacious, comfortable, clean beds, and cute mini fridge! In all, I loved my stay!

The pool was closed the restraunt was closed parking was $35 a day. The room was not worth what I paid, paid 120 for one night plus the 35 for parking. Vallet guys were awesome though and the lady at the bar was awesome as well the front desk ladies were okay didn’t really explain anything to you. Just went to get away for a day and experience the river walk Alamo and the zoo did it all in one day.

We chose this hotel because of the location, easy walk to riverwalk, our favorite spot....just perfect. The staff & valet service were extremely helpful & courteous. The only thing we were not pleased was our room #610. It was not inviting, it seemed damp, was dark, couldn't open shades in the afternoon, too much sun. When we got there the shades were up & the room was very hot, took long to cool the room. In the morning, we enjoy the outside light, though. It just seemed that we were in a very small dull room. Oh, we would have enjoyed a microwave in the room. We just expected a little bit more for the price we paid. But we made the best of it & enjoyed out time there. Thank you for your service in making it comfortable.

Room was very nice - I could not believe how clean the restrooms in the lobby area were - very noticeable - lol - Hotel is in a great area - the longest wait for a Uber was 5 minutes - really wouldn't have needed one if I was about 20 years younger. lol

We were very happy with the cleanliness of the rooms and the entire hotel. Beds were comfortable. The staff at the Gavel, Vanessa, Victory, Maria, and Jimmy, were very entertaining as well as sweet. Valet was really fast. The only negative was the pool advertised as heated was really cold.

From the beginning to the end the staff there made us feel like royalty. If you're ever in San Antonio or planning a trip to San Antonio call the Riverwalk plaza and ask for Jay he'll take care of you. Me and my wife were on our honeymoon and we are coming back next month to bring the kids to SeaWorld and we will be staying with them again. So don't waste your time trying to find another hotel experience, just call the Riverwalk plaza and book a room

We are coming multiple times a year in this hotel with our guests from all over the world. This time, we were spending 2 nights plus a car valet, and we had a room with a view on a WALL when we booked a room with a view on the pool!!! Avoid room 644 (and 544 and 444, same view of the wall). This is dishonest and untrustworthy to sell a room "with a view" when your window faces a wall. We will not come back to this hotel.

Room was clean, valet service was quick to retrieve our vehicle, maintenance man was quick to reinstall the lock on the patio door so it would actually lock, great coffee at the coffee shop and drinks were delicious at the bar. All the employees we encountered were very helpful and pleasant. Be aware of how hot the turf around the pool gets, I think it would quickly blister a person’s feet. We did realize the chain security lock on the door was installed backwards but didn’t want to be bothered waiting up to have it fixed and just made sure we kept the deadbolt locked. We loved the balcony and spent most of our time sitting out there when we were at the room.

The hotel was beautiful! The staff was nice. Our room was clean. Happy hour drinks were great. Due to the heat we spent a lot of time at the pool which was right by our room so that worked out well! Very happy to have chosen this hotel. Easy walk to many locations as well as close to the riverwalk.
