Excellent stay.

Upon arriving at the hotel I noticed the fake police camera systems everywhere and it was a sign of trouble. Once we entered the property we found the inside to be very clean and well decorated. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast staff were great as was the food. Our room had a very musty, artificial frangrence smell that smelled like someone smoked in the room and they tried to hide it with a strong cleaner. It wasn't bad enough to make us ask for another room, but certainly was an unpleasant experience. Then, the first night, I was awoken by a brief car alarm honking. I looked out the window to seeing a thief that had stolen the tailights off the F-150 outside my window and he smashed the side window also. He then drove a few cars down, and was trying to break open the tailgate of another ford truck (a Maverick). I opened the window and yelled at the guy and he took off. I'd still recommend this place if you are looking for a budget hotel and you don't drive Ford trucks. Also, don't leave anything in your car that would make a thief interested.

This hotel is clean, nicely decorated and the staff is helpful. We stayed in a suite with 3 children. The sofa bed was comfortable for the children and the bed linens were clean and in good shape. We asked for extra pillows, and they were delivered quickly with a smile. The free breakfast was good, with hot options of eggs and sausage, as well as a nice selection of breads, cereals and beverage. The parking lot was well-lite and there were no issues. If you are going to Seaworld, this is a great place to stay.

My F-150 pickup was broken into during our stay here. I had actually parked it under a police survey camera, obviously not a deterrent to these San Antonio *****! I recommend if you stay here and have a Ford, ask them to park it under the port a cache overnight.

Most terrible experience I have had at a Hotel by Marriot. I will never stay here again. Multiple Vehicles are broken into nightly, or just stolen off the lot. Staff and night "security" act as if its ok and hotel continues to not make any changes. There is no surveillance or "security" yet you have every vehicle paying $8 nightly to be broken into. Seems as though someone on the inside has built a business breaking into the vehicles at this hotel. I will never stay here again nor will anyone I can deter from here.

I was needing a hotel room in a pinch to get ready for my wedding and Sabrina the Asst. GM went above and beyond to help me out. I will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family! I even had a question about a charge on my account after I had checked out and she clarified the situation and was nothing but understanding and delightful! I have nothing, but great things to say about her. Sabrina went even as far as to wish my wife and I well wishes for our honeymoon trip!

Very quiet and nice hotel. Super close to Sea World, and is a small and quiet hotel! The bed was comfy, and the hotel staff were all very kind. The complimentary breakfast was what you’d expect! No complaints about anything. This Fairfield Inn is a great option for anyone-especially if you’re going to Sea World

Young lady names Lyla checked us in and was awesome. Professional yet super friendly. Seemed she was glad we were checking in and wasn’t fake at all! Hotel was clean and quiet. Next time I’m San Antonio will definitely stay again!
