Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham San Antonio North/Stone Oak

Room was disgusting. Bathtub was EXTREMELY DIRTY. Pillows were dirty and had stains bed sheets were dirty. Moved to a second room and all the sheets were dirty and pillows

When I arrived, there was no one at the counter. However the check in process was quick. The room was overall clean and comfortable. The elevator was broken. I don’t mind the stairs however, there was an older lady that couldn’t climb the stairs and instead of giving her a room on the 1st floor they gave her a room on 2nd level. She had to stay in her room while her family went out to eat without her. There was no consideration for the inconvenience.

What I liked is that it was quiet. What I didn’t like is the fact that the tub will not drain properly water sat in it for a while before I worked on it to get it to drain you have the same problem with the sink when you run the water it does not drain properly. The shower curtain has stains on it. It looked like it could’ve been blood stains. You need to replace it. I was in room 111.

I felt it was overall good for the price. It's similar to a Motel 6. My bed squeaked but was comfortable. My 3 biggest disappointments were no coffee maker in my room, no full control of TV so was frustrating trying to find something to watch. Remote was really old & didn't use all of TV functions like TV Guide. Towels really thin like a Motel 6. Staff was nice and I thought it was clean.

The walls were dirty, a used wash rag was left in the shower. Each queen bed had only 3 pillows on it. Towels were incredibly thin, no coffee pot, no plastic bag , ONE paper cup was provided….and get this…we weren’t allowed to bring the cheap breakfast upstairs to eat in our room. There wasn’t even an extra blanket or pillow available. I have never stayed at a place that cuts so many corners.
