Amazing place overall

I should have believed all the horrible Spanish and English reviews that this place is dishonest scammers. The room smelled awful, it is SO loud, total nightmare with non-stop traffic and paper thin walls so you hear other guests. Everything inside is CHEAP! Horrible quality single use packets of toiletries, thin cheap TP, all oven knobs broken, mismatched furniture. And they’re not good people! GREEDY. I booked one night and asked to revise to two, I was informed it was best to cancel the one night and rebook for two. So I rebooked for two nights but tried to cancel and THEY WOULD NOT REFUND ME for the one night reservation! They just stole the money. Really awful treatment, I DO NOT recommend this placr for tourists, or anyone who wants to feel relaxed and respected. It’s WAY too loud and not worth the money. Other people left reviews about being scammed on price as well. Didn’t matter what I said, the refused to refund me. I clearly didn’t need two reservations. Save yourself the nightmare and book ANYWHERE else. They also moved me from room to room and said they’d place my luggage in my new room, I left the suite spotless at 9a, returned at 5p to find no employees in the lobby (yet again) and all of my belongings unattended and unsecured! Just sitting in their wide open lobby ALL DAY. Why?? They control the heat so I had to ask them to turn it up, they’re stingy and rude. Muy malo. Everywhere else I stayed in Argentina was GREAT.

Muy mala estadía, las duchas imposibles de regular, pedí que me lo explicarán y ni ellos saben cómo es, mi hija se quemó, o sale hirviendo o helada. La calefacción lo mismo o te cocinas en las habitaciones de abajo o te la loza radiante no llega a las de arriba. Estuvimos sin luz más de 12 hrs, saltaba la térmica y no sabían porque en todo el complejo. En recepción nunca hay nadie, las almohadas horribles igual que las frazadas, pedí más frazadas porq estaba en un habitación de arriba y tenía frío y me dijeron q no tenían, éramos 4 y nos dejaban dos toallas... Lamentable el servicio y no se hacen cargo de nada.

Mí estadía en hotel fue exelente fuimos en familia agradezco Tola la atención que trabaja en el hotel cálida amable súper recomendable tranquilo gracias voy a volver

Tuvimos que dejar la habitación e irnos a otro hotel porque hacia mucho frío. Hay una caldera que manejan ellos sin posibilidad de regalarla. Tampoco hay alguien que atienda, sólo por WhatsApp. Nos dijeron que iba a sentirse más cálido luego, pero nunca pasó, y después no nos respondieron más.

Hermoso lugar, la vista al Nahuel Huapi y la ubicación son bárbaras. Los departamentos son amplios y muy limpios.El desayuno rico. Las camas cómodos. La atención en muy buena.El estacionamiento está adentro y es suguro. Lo recomiendo y seguro volveria.
