Great beach location for a super time in San Clemente, Great Shops, Beaches, Beach trail for great beach walks! Good sized 4 bedroom 3 bath house with nice patio area. TV's in all rooms. Super fast internet. One block walk to the beach, beach trail and pier. Great restaurants, all walking distance from the house. 4 car parking area, two inside garage, two in driveway. Free guest use of Tesla EV Charger (charges at 44 miles/hour)About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Adults only.About customRules:1. All sand must be hosed off before entering house
2. No surfboard waxing anywhere on the property
3. Absolutely no smoking of any kind or vaping.4. If you have a vehicle that leaks oil/gas please park on street or in the garage, easy to clean garage floor, driveway pavers impossible to clean.,Cleaning tasks upon leaving:
1. Start Dishwasher
2. Bag all trash and place in outside trash cans

Everything was excellent during our family’s stay. The freeways were easily accessible from our location. The owners response was excellent also walkability to downtown, beach, and everything else in Orange County. We would definitely return for another stay. Thank you Lucy.

Home away from home
My husband and I stayed almost 3 weeks with family joining us off and on. The home was immaculate and supplied with all the essentials-even extra pillows for fussy sleepers! There is parking for multiple cars and plenty of street parking as well. It is a well designed space indoor and out with ample room for family but cozy for 2 as well. It is an easy walk to downtown with shops and restaurants. The beach and walking trails are just at the end of the street. The host provided all necessary information and was responsive when I had questions. One of the best rentals we have had the pleasure to enjoy and hope to be back.

Very comfortable stay!
Loved all the parking spots. Such a convenient location close to beach/park/downtown area. The host was lovely. Very responsive and helpful. House was stalked with all the essentials we needed for the beach. Definitely would like to stay here again!

Must Experience
From the ease of the check-in, to the great communication with the owner, to the cleanliness of the house, to the amazing location this is a “must experience”. I have stayed in numerous locations in San Clemente and this has been my favorite. Thank you for having us.

Highly recommend
Evverything at this rental was as described in the listing. Its a very nice home in a nice neighborhood. San Clemente is a great community with beaches and shopping. location of rental gave easy access to all. Contact to host was great, and the house is well stocked with quality decor, and the comforts of home! Loved our stay and looking forward to bringing family together again for another stay😉

Best beach house stay ever
My family stayed for a week-long beach vacation, and we couldn't have been more pleased. The location, cleanliness, and convenience of the house were superb. Lucy is by far the best vacation property manager we have ever worked with. She is very responsive and keeps her stylish, well-appointed house stocked with everything you need and more! I would give her six stars if I could!

Family Vacation
Our family stayed here in July for a yearly California vacation. We were a group of 2 parents and 3 grown children with their partners/friends and one enfant. The home was beautiful, clean and airy with lots of room for everyone to spread out. The Kitchen was very well stocked with everything you will ever need. The beds all had great sheets and plenty of towels in the bathrooms..
The communication with Lucy was exceptional. She was friendly and accommodating. We really appreciated having the huge clean garage to unload surfboards and bikes and skateboards. The homes sits in a wonderful location, just a short walk to main street shops and restaurants. The beach is just a pretty walk away.
We would love to stay here again.
