Guest access: Guests have access to the entire home as well as the backyard. Interaction with guests: Once you have completed your booking with us, you will receive a welcome email. Within the week of your arrival you will receive another message with detailed step by step instructions on how to get to the property, where to park, and how to find the apartment. We are more than happy to answer your questions before and during your trip, as well as provide helpful information that will create the ultimate experience for your stay, should you wish to reach out to us. → The apartment is all yours and you will be undisturbed unless you contact us for assistance. Other things to note: Please remember this is a home, not a hotel. We ask that you treat the space with care. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP. We are conveniently located near the 5-Freeway, also provided for your convenience are complimentary earplugs. Transportation arrangements are recommended for this location. In the living room, we have a pull out sofa that converts into a queen size bed, that sleeps two adults. In addition, in the living room, we have an ottoman that converts into a single bed, sleeps one adult. All guest are required to complete our ID Verification process and sign our Rental Agreement online prior to be given access to property.
