Community Shared Amenities are available everyday until 9pm. → We welcome House Trained Dogs (no cats), pet fees apply. → A remediation FEE of $250 will be charged for any damage beyond normal use - including pet messes not cleaned up the guest at the end of their stay. → For the safety and security of our guests and neighbors, the exterior of this home is monitored 24/7 by video and audio. CLEANLINESS is a high priority for our listings! There is always a thorough, sanitizing cleaning between guests from the refrigerator to the remote controls and light switches. NO Smoking in or around home (including patios). Smoking will result in possible cancellation of reservation and an additional cleaning FEE of $250 for the cost of smoke remediation. Please remember this is a home, not a hotel. We kindly ask that you take care of the home with the same grace you would your own home. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action and remedy ASAP. All guest are required to complete our ID Verification process and sign our Rental Agreement online prior to be given access to property.
