Sheraton San Diego Resort

The view from the balcony was amazing, the pool and hot tub were also very nice.

The gym is great. The room has a good view of the pool and the bay. In general the room is comfortable. The parking lot is overpriced.

The only thing I would recommend is to have an extra blanket available in the closet.

They charge room guests $55 for parking. It’s not nice.

Super convenient hotel, a few minutes by car or a short walk from San Diego airport. Plenty of great facilities in the hotel - bars, restaurants and pool. Short car ride to the city. Stayed several times, will return.

That’s the excellent hotel

Very good nice view with nice vibes around you. Clean and front desk people so helpful

Everything about my stay was more than fine except for two issues. I had already informed hotel management that I would be proposing that night, and I specifically requested a non-connecting room with a decent view. Despite this, I was given a connecting room and placed next to a group of friends who were extremely loud throughout the night. I tried contacting the reception multiple times regarding the noise, but no one answered for nearly two hours, if not more. I also experienced an issue at the restaurant during breakfast. I tried to explain to the waiter that my reservation already included breakfast for two people that day. He informed me that I could order anything from the menu. However, I was later surprised with a bill exceeding $100 and was then told that the breakfast-for-two benefit only covered $50 of the total.

The hotel location is nice and the view was amazing ! The front office staff was friendly and upgraded our room into the closer tower. The room was clean. However, it took around 30-40 mins to deliver us the bottle water and amenities when we called to asked for them… The hotel has their own pier for water activities such as water ski
