Location is near to many fast foods and store. Room are clean. The breakfast is plated if the number of guest if few.

Room not so clean, found used clothing left behind by previous travellers under the bed. Floors are dusty. Wifi is not working very well, always cuts off with no internet connection. Staff were friendly and provide good service. Check in was smooth. Breakfast was simple and good.

Location are great, almost are walking distance:fast food, restaurants, and super market.

Everything is around the corner. Mall, transport, groceries and food

Room is hot the air conditioner and small fridge are kinda old. The Price is expensive for this kind of hotel Room.

Rooms were good. But food was not as expected. There was no choice of breakfast. Whatever available was pretty bad. However staff were very friendly and polite. The management should make provision for better food and beverage services.

Been staying here whenever I'm in the country. I like the location: close to everything. Room is nice, and clean. All the staff are nice, courteous, and greets you with a smile. The breakfast served is good as well. Everyday is a different selection. The Bendix Hotel in San Fernando is my go to place when in Pampanga.

Its our second time we stayed in this hotel the first time was good but the this time its a little bit uncomfortable the hot water is not working but they transfer us in different room and its not really clean so maybe this will ne our last time staying in this hotel.

Overall it is a good experience. The crews are very polite and helpful. Hotel Building and Rooms.are a bit old. Sound proofing is not that good as we can.hear the cars and buses outside. Lots of places to buy food and.snacks just outside of the hotel.

The place is very accessible to all establishments. The church is just a stone throw away. The lobby looks very inviting and the ambiance is nice. Hotel receptionists were very accommodating as they really did everything to grant my request of an interconnecting room. They also serve buffet breakfast which is already included in our booking. The food was delectable and they serve it hot.

I've booked this hotel as it's very centralised in location and the rests are bonus. Exceptional customer service from housekeeping to front desk. Thank you for making me feel as if I am staying at home the whole time. Thanks to the doormen and banquet staff who tried to cater my breakfast requests. Thanks to housekeeping for making our beds clean and fresh the whole time. I am very pleased with your cleaning service. I have honestly enjoyed my 14 night stay at you hotel so thank you from the bottom of my heart. Winnie
