Villas Paradise

From outside the view on the place and from it was amazing. The inside was loveless, broken and dirty. A shame to keep the beautiful area like this. I just made pictures of my room and kitchen because I was invited. I would not pay a penny for it...

The place looks gorgeous from the beach and on pictures. Outstanding architecture! I'm sure it was lovely when new, but if only it would have been maintained! That's it's biggest problem - torn screens, dirty windows, rusty fans, dust collections on all moldings, soiled sofa cushions, leaky bathroom floor, only 2 lounges by the pool that weren't broken. It was sad, really!! The view is wonderful and the rooms are spacious. The beds were comfortable. Would go back if it had a complete overhaul. Love San Pancho!

We stayed in the penthouse. It's a beautiful location and is quite large. Inside, however, everything is falling apart. The drains are all clogged. Tiles are falling off the countertops. There are inadequate cooking utensils, including no knife or cutting board, in the kitchen. We expected that there would be dish soap and paper towels but there were not. Ants everywhere inside the unit, even though we kept it fastidiously clean. Everything (including the fake waterfall in the living area) leaked, creating dangerous, slick areas on the tile surfaces. The windows did not have screens, meaning that if we wanted a breeze, we had to contend with mosquitoes in our rooms. When our water ran out, we did not get a replacement jug for 2 days. The AC in the room did not work through the night - it would eventually begin to make loud clicking noises. The penthouse also has a strange layout and the living space is so large that it actually is difficult to understand other people because it echoes so loudly. We discovered that one of the pieces of artwork showing an underwater scene was actually just a beach towel stretched across a wooden frame. Another party staying in another room did not have working water or electricity for the first day. The maids seemed to keep the floors and beds clean, which was nice.

Nos hospedamos en Villas Paradise y fue la mejor decisión del viaje. El lugar tiene un ambiente muy acogedor, rodeado de vegetación y con una piscina perfecta para relajarse después de un día de playa. Lo mejor fue la atención personalizada, siempre dispuestos a ayudarnos con recomendaciones de lugares locales. ¡Un lugar que deja ganas de volver!

Todo en Villas Paradise fue fácil y sin estrés. Desde el check-in hasta las recomendaciones del staff sobre dónde comer o qué hacer en el pueblo. La piscina siempre limpia y lista para usar, y las habitaciones súper cómodas. Nos quedamos con ganas de alargar nuestra estancia porque todo estuvo increíble.

Pasamos un par de noches aquí con amigos y no pudimos pedir un mejor lugar. Después de días en la playa, la piscina y las áreas comunes eran perfectas para convivir. Todo está cuidado al detalle y se nota que los dueños quieren que tengas una gran experiencia. Es un lugar que sin duda volveremos a visitar.
