Super frustrating. When you arrive, you must sign a paper stating that you’ll follow the rules of the hotel, which include making no noise after 10pm. We then listened to yelling in the hotel until at least 2:30am. They did nothing to stop it, including a security guard at the desk. So we had to check out and get another hotel. They refunded nothing. The hotel not taking any action or being at all accountable for the atmosphere is super frustrating. I’d be wary of the place until or unless they commit to ensuring a better experience. For now, the risk is all yours.

This was our 2nd time staying at the Ciye Hotel. We love the location in the center of town, the exceptionally clean rooms, the low key atmosphere (only 20 rooms), the option of the private pool on the roof or being 1 block from the beach and MOSTLY the awesome staff - from the front desk to the cleaning staff as well as the pool/bartender hosts. Everyone was very friendly and incredibly helpful. We will definitely be back!

Nothing else to say then great: staff, service I had everything I needed and then some Location is great in the center and makes it easy to explore San Pancho and the beaches. The rooftop pool and bar give you a great view to enjoy Overall I can only say: more than worth it

The staff is absolutely wonderful! The free use of beach gear is great. The morning croissant and coffee delivery is perfect, and the rooftop pool is the fantastic quiet getaway. The downside is the balconies are quite small, there is a school next door (noise), and they do not recycle. They also have a stocked mini fridge (for pay) which makes it difficult to put anything that we bought ourselves into the fridge. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel, but the couple downsides are worth noting.

Exceptionally clean hotel and rooms, excellent service, situated in an incredible location that gives you a far more authentic experience than a gated all-inclusive. A very short walk to the ocean and the staff was always helpful with any of our questions. The restaurants nearby are well priced and delicious. It was one of our favorite trips!

Everything at this hotel was fantastic. The rooms are spacious and clean. The whole hotel is really clean. And the staff are so friendly and accommodating. Five out of five stars. Will definitely come back next time. They were able to handle any request that I had quickly and efficiently. And with a smile.

This is a really special hotel. You are right in the action but that doesn’t mean loud, annoying bars. You are next to the beach, amazing restaurants and bars. We loved it here. The rooftop pool is really breathtaking and the whole hotel is built around a magical tree. You will love this place.

My stay was great, the workers at the hotel are professionals and very accommodating. My only complain about the hotel is the bed was not comfortable. The mattress is on top of a cement square that made is very hard. The room does not have a television, I asked and was told that it was for guest to disconnect, I agree to a certain extend, but I would like to have the choice of using the television or not. I stayed at a front room, the bar downstairs played very loud music until midnight.

San Pancho in Nayarit is one of the most bautiful places to visit in Mexico and Hotel Ciyé is a Great place to stay, all decoration was perfect they really took care of all aspects to create a great atmosphere . the rooftop was a nice place to have some drinks and see the sunset wich is one of the most beautiful things to see in San Pancho. All employees were very considerate and helpful.
