The room is clean. There is no complimentary bottled of water from the hotel. Instead, they ask you to go to the water fountain to get the water supply. There is a usd 15 credit per room if you want to have meal at the restaurant.

Nice area and great staff. Its just there is a bit of restrictions like using certain parts of the hotel aren’t 24/7.

I booked a deluxe queen double bed room. It is smaller than expected. Washing basin is located outside of the bathroom. Good thing is that it has $15 credit per day to use in the restaurant downstairs and free coffee in the morning.

The Hotel was in a great location and the staff were very friendly and accommodating! The kids loved the stores. I appreciated that they held our bags before and after our reservation.

Nice hotel, strategically sited near to Fisherman's Wharf. We enjoyed our stay in San Francisco.

pier39やfisherman's wharfへ徒歩数分で行けるとってもアクセスの良いホテルでした。フロントのスタッフや荷物の預かりと入り口のドアの開閉をしてくださっていたスタッフもみなさんとても親切な接客で良かったです。 お部屋も清潔でした。

地點很好，就在漁人碼頭，出行特別方便 這裏還有無人駕駛汽車，使用起來很方便 酒店可以提前入住，付款提前入住費用，這點特別好，省得等了

早餐時餐廳裏的其中一位亞洲裔女侍應，服務良好 每日早上送上親切的笑容，殷勤服務。

不錯的，就是免費的早餐一般，幾片麪包和一碗水果，沒啥吃的。

超過預期的一次入住，前台工作人員非常熱情，詳細介紹了各種權益，房間足夠大，設施齊全，還有手持掛燙機，很方便商務差旅；衞生清潔很到位；樓下的餐廳味道也很不錯，有不少不是住店的人也來吃，住店的話每天有20刀的折扣；距離漁人碼頭步行800米左右；旁邊過條街就有兩家超市，很方便。總體來説值得再次選擇。

位置很好👍 酒店門僮和前台的服務在美國算是比較好的服務了，外賣到了打電話到前台會讓人送到房門口。房間內也比較整潔，房間裏沒有免費的礦泉水，但是可以每天去前台要2瓶，也可以讓幫忙送上來。注意，舊金山大多數酒店都會入住後每天收取35美金左右的服務費，不過憑此去酒店吃早餐可以有一定的費用減免。
