Hilton San Francisco Union Square recensioner

The location is very convenient, only couple of blocks away from the famous cable car station. But the hotel is old, the parking is super expensive at $65 plus tax. The hotel front desk staffs had no smiles, impatient to answer your questions. The room service does not offer extra quilts, only blankets available. There is a $35 credit per night come with the hotel booking that we can spend. But honestly the food and drinks in the hotel lobby was very expensive, not worth the price at all. But the good thing is, there are a few good restaurants near the hotel, and the location is awesome.

Only luggage storage personnel attitude is very unhelpful..to avoid

One of the worst hotels ive stayed at, and for the price they charged - Bad customer service - Bad amenities for a 5* - Bad location, surrounded by homeless zombies on crack and urban decay - TV wasn't working in room - Staff were not friendly - Wrongly charged on credit card

Great experience at the hotel and enjoyed the stay there. It was great location too!

The staff are friendly and mostly can speak cantonese. The location was alright, difficult to find on the first day. Parking in SF is generally expensive. Room was dusty and the sofa give me rashes. However, the walk from Powell Station has a street of homeless people which I feel unsafe for ladies and young kids.

near by powell staion and cablecar. 24 open supermarket was good and find many business meeting or banquet were there and easy to.call uber/lyft

This one is located in the heart of the city, very close to the Fishermen’s wharf and Golden Gate Bridge. The breakfast is amazing, and I will definitely recommend this place to my friends.

It was excellent! There is very close to Union square. It is so comfortable to move. Also, the room was very clean and all facilities were easy to use. When I visit San Francisco again, I hope to use this hotel. Thanks!

Good , but is expensive

Location of the hotel is good. As told, left side of the hotel is more safe than the right side as there are not many homeless people on the left side. The hotel provides daily cleaning and refills bath amenities automatically. The air conditioning is quite cool but can be adjusted, nevertheless, the blanket is not thick enough which slightly affected sleeping quality.

Hilton union sq is always a good location and central. The hotel seems to have done thorough cleaning, the room I stayed is clean, more than I stayed before the pandemic, but it could just vary based on the room. Try to ask for upper floor. Not sure if tower 3 is for more higher end booking. If u can ask them to give you tower 3, recommend it
