We received a warm welcome, the breakfast was delicious, and the room had a great view

Perfect location.I had a king corner room with city&bay view.Amazing.Housekeeping every day.Restaurant on side.Coin washer on 6 floor.Very good west style breakfast

The hotel location is good, and the room had a great view of the city. There is trader joes and whole food nearby. Water dispenser and microwave is available at the basement of the hotel which was quite convenient

Location is not too bad. Bus stop is around the Conner. Uber from hotel to SFO airport about $60. From pier to hotel $13. There are a few restaurants on the next street.

Room is so good , service is perfect

Good location, restaurants nearby. Room is clean. Only thing that needs to be upgraded is coffee machine which is bit outdated. Food & beverage on main lobby is good and affordable, had a pepperoni pizza which was so good. Would book again when in SF

The management of this hotel is extremely arrogant and ruthless. Three weeks before our check-in date, we applied for a cancellation through the platform due to a possible trip rescheduling because of a physical injury. I prepared a hospital diagnosis of a fracture and a rest certificate, but despite multiple communications, the hotel still refused to cancel. Other hotels, however, helped us with the cancellation. Upon check-in, the hotel charges a parking fee of $45 per day, but you can only park until 2 PM the next day — no matter how late you arrive. In summary, we had to stay at this hotel, and the experience was as anticipated; perhaps their practices are legal, but they are heartless — showing no understanding, care, or service spirit towards guests.

My deposit of $200 charged to my card has not been returned even after 1 week

One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in. I stay in many Holiday Inns but this one was just awful. The staff are so dismissive and rude. Parking is overpriced at $40 a night and the staff just rudely say "take it or leave it". The hotel is in a terrible part of town with homeless people making it unsafe. Avoid this hotel. Rather book something closer downtown

Overall it’s a nice hotel with very friendly staff. Very clean and pretty big rooms. Very convenient location. Definitely a nice and affordable place to stay in San Francisco
