MEMORIES OF A GENERATION: CUTE AND QUAINT NEAR UNION SQUARE, THE TOP NOTCH SOCIETY NEIGHBORHOOD.

Reached early morning and was able to check in early with added $20, which I don’t mind. The hotel was in a good location. Easy to walk to Union Square, Chinatown as well as when taking bus or metro. Average between 3 to 8 minutes. Food is accessible around the area. The room is nice and clean. Love the bed, so comfortable. Have fridge and microwave which was convenient. Wouldn’t mind staying here again when visiting SF.

The breakfast is appreciated. You can leave the suitcases at hotel before your checkin time as well as after your checkout time. Staff is friendly.

The place has old historic feel to it but room was hot and had no air conditioning even though we opened up both windows and was cold outside. Breakfast was alright but parking was three blocks away and closes at 12:00 am, which could present a problem if you stay out to late.

The hotel is very central located and most places of interest can be reached by foot. Breakfast was a bit more than continental breakfast (bagels, cream cheese, some fruits, coffe, tea). Rooms are small and a bit worn out. The elevetor could be considered an attraction with the old door. Parking in the area can be quite costly as the hotel just has some recommended public garages around. Overall a nice stay in a hotel with some charme.

The hotel is situated between Union Square and the Tenderloin. It’s fairly convenient to get to public transportation. The rooms are smaller, but have all the essential amenities. I’d definitely stay here again.

Quaint boutique hotel with very old style elevator. Good location.

Room is good. Bathroom and air conditioning good. Internet is not good

Good area, clean room and convenient to hang around. But customer stay in this hotel walking like jumping and close the door very hard can wake me up very late at night!!😒

The room was old or vintage if you will lol The lift definitely gives the gold-mining vibe - it was the old-fashioned style which needs manually opening the doors. Brekkie was alright.

Very compact room. Excellent location in San Francisco. Great choice for travelers who are looking to save some money.

Our room was a little small but one of the best value in area that provides a private toilet with a double room
