Very kind staffs! Location is as good as expected, very close to fishman’s Wharf， 铛铛车总站就在边上，走5分钟。safe area, not like down town. Overall, good stay!

Convenient and safe place to stay at. There are refreshments and board games available in the lobby.

The location is good. The first room we got was with a wet carpet.  The smell was very bad. You can not open a window in the room

One Filipino reception was not very nice when we first checked in. But others were very friendly.

This hotel is a gem! From the friendly staff, the room amenities and comfortable rooms and beds to the excellent program of events and activities that the hotel has on offer, we had a wonderful stay and just wish we had more time to take advantage of the extras this hotel gives you. Freshly brewed local coffee in the morning with pastries/biscuits and fresh fruit-infused water always available in reception, these little extras made us feel extra welcome and we’d definitely return and recommend to others. The location in Fisherman’s Wharf area is perfect as well!

Really great hotel, we’ve enjoyed it very much. The stuff was very nice. The hotel has a laundry guest room. It was very helpful. Nice room, nice shower, nice location. We enjoyed it very much.

I was very impressed with how the staff treated us during the stay. They were ready to offer help with bus routes, food places and others. The hotel is located in a good place, walking distance to pier 39 and various food places. It is a 10-15 mins bus ride to the golden gate bridge and from there can take another bus to Sausalito. It's also easy to take buses to the city. The rooms are well equipped with everything you need including a coffee making machine, iron, hairdryer and plenty of towels. I had a pleasant and enjoyable stay in San Francisco!

Very nice spacious rooms convenient location

I recently stayed at this wonderful hotel and was pleasantly surprised by the complimentary amenities they offered, including free cookies and flavored water!

Great location in the quiet corner near the wharf. Feels safe. Rooms are not really sound -proof. A shame.

New hotel, awesome & friendly service upon check in. We were late to grab our complimentary coffee in the morning the the staff were helpful enough to get us 2 coffees and even hot chocolates for my girls. Thank you! Will be back ❤️

A great location central to all of San Francisco’s main attractions and tourist destinations. A part of Bonvoy Marriott group so the quality and product is very standardized but very well maintained and designed. Always a premium brand and location with Marriott & Bonvoy Group. I loved the room design decor and functionality. Highly recommend for friends and family trips. Romantic or Couples might choose another Bonvoy Marriott Hotels or The Luxury Collection if not in a budget. We stayed in a king bed room with city/urban view.

Good Location and personnel. Rooms and facilities leave a lot to be desired.
