What a magical place, from the town to this incredible bed and breakfast. The courtyard is a wonderful relaxing place to sit and have a drink. The owner arranged the best dinner reservations and a driver to go to a tasting. Incredible place to relax. We will return

Marzia was extremely helpful and accommodating. The rooms were charming and the patio a perfect picturesque place to relax whenever back at the place. Fantastic location, a part of the town, and very walkable everywhere. Marzia gave great recommendations for restaurants and absolutely the best views. Had a fantastic time while in San Gimignano.

This review is long overdue, since I stayed at Palazzo Buonaccorsi back in February 2022. But for some reason I just remembered that I haven't written a review before. I had a lovely stay at Palazzo Buonaccorsi. It was a last minute thing, but Marzia was super accommodating. We were in Florence and reached out, she answered immediately and we booked the place for 5 days. We were doing a road trip in that part of Italy and really enjoyed our stays at Palazzo Buonaccorsi. This is an authentic place, full of history and we could really feel that. We explored San Gimignano and area around and every evening we would go for the last drinks somewhere nearby and walk back to Palazzo. The mornings were also beautiful, sitting in the private, internal patio just added to the lovely experience. Marzia was super helpful, she gave us tips and recommendations that were super helpful (especially regarding parking). We had a bit of an issue in the room, but this was solved in no time. We haven't been back to Palazzo, but more than two years after we still have great memories from that time. And next time we are in the area we will definitely stay there. In the meantime, I/we highly recommend you to stay at Palazzo Buonaccorsi if the road brings you to this part of Italy!

Such an amazing experience in San Gimignano. The rooms are beautiful and very comfortable. The staff were so accommodating and helped me out with tips about the town as well as helping me navigate the bus system in San Gimignano. It was so nice to have someone on my side as a solo traveller. 100/100 would recommend a stay here.

I stayed a night after my graduation party. Around 19:30, we decided to eat the left over cake I had brought from my party the day before. There were no cutlery in the room (although the announcement included a refrigerator and microwave). So I went outside and happened to find the owner of the hotel. I asked if it was possible to find a spoon or fork. She said no. I said our neighbors said they had cutlery inside their rooms. The lady answered: they paid for it. You didn’t. Anyway, very rude response. This event made me very upset. Especially cause I feel like it wasn’t a big favor or anything too difficult to solve since other rooms had it. Just a small act of kindness. Other than that, we arrived in the city 14:30 and asked if we could leave our backpacks there (the check in time is 15h). She also said no. Basically our experience was terrible. I don’t recommend it at all.

Lovely, historical building right in the old central area.The locations superb and the host really went out of her way to be helpful. Highly recommend! And go see the sitting room with the picture of the original builder! The bakery a few doors down was amazing and don’t miss the world class gelato!

San Gimignano was a highlight of our trip, it is such a cool city and the surrounding countryside is spectacular. But our room, our courtyard and the city itself (especially in the rain) was breathtaking. The room was clean and comfy, and the location was perfect. I felt transported back in time. Marzia was spectacular - her attention to detail and especially her help with recommendations and aligning us with drivers was like magic. She knows everything and everyone about this place and it really helps. Would go back here in a heartbeat, it was perfect.

Little hidden gem in Tuscany. Wonderful hosts, I’d give it 20/10 if they only had AC. Definitely must visit town, the mid-evil Manhattan! Cute stores, good food, incredible views and such rich history. It was one of my favorite parts of our Italian tour.
