Clean and nice, big place to stay. Location is beautiful, very near San Gimignano, but not practical to reach other regions in Toscana.We stayed during spring so not use swimming pool.The host lady was nice, but does not speak English.But not recommen

Very nice rooms with a great view. Very nicely restored. The living room and kitchen are quite dark because there are no windows. The operation of the heating costs extra. Since the thermostats are old, they use a lot. The landlady only speaks Italian, wh
