There is also a small sitting area in the master bedroom where you can relax. The second bedroom has 2 queen sized beds with designer down comforters and bedding and its own full bathroom with double sinks. Enjoy views of Palmilla Point from bed through large glass doors, complete with black-out curtains. There is also a full sized sofa-bed in the living-room if required. The Living Room and Guest Room feature flat screen televisions with American Dish Network. The living room also features a Blu-Ray/DVD player featuring FREE NETFLIX. For your listening pleasure, there is a deluxe audio system in the living room and out on the private balcony where you can enjoy 4th floor panoramic views from Punta Gorda to Palmilla Point while sitting at our custom granite bar top. We feature 2 dining areas to entertain and gather for family meals. Enjoy eating in the beautiful dining room at a copper topped table that can seat up to 6 or take your meals out to our balcony dining table for 6.
