Santa Maria del Cabo

Hello I enjoyed my Week stay from December 23-30 2023.This is a Basic cozy & comfy Mexican style Hotel.I was in a Ground Floor Room 402 the Room it's self was big there was also a Bar Fridge & even a Stove to cook food & a Microwave plus the room also had Air Conditioning.I like the sliding door there was a little porch which has 2 chairs where you could sit & watch all The Tropical Birds I had a very close encounter with a tiny humming bird while I was sitting outside one of my first Morning there.l also was given a ticket each Morning for a Breakfast there at The nice little Cafe there.To summarise I think this is a good no frills Basic Hotel with a decent size unheated Swimming Pool that's Centrally Located near Shops & Restaurants etc.I would recommend this to people who don't need an All Inclusive & don't need anything too fancy.I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again I liked the Staff there & down to earth charm of this Hotel..good stuff Alistair.👍

The whole experience was terrible, starting with the receptionist Abigail and the administrator Juan who treated me with so much disrespect. I payed in advanced for 5 weeks stay. Big mistake!! The hotel is in terrible conditions, falling apart! but the room was not only super dirty everywhere!! Gross dirty mattress, Broken windows, AC didn't work, broken TV, broken boiler for hot water, I had to shower with cold water for 1.5 weeks! Really dirty place!! See pictures, I am not kidding!! no water in kitchen sink, laundry never worked, the soda machine didnt work neither, there was a water leak in the toilet, gross garbage cans and when you try to discuss all this with the administrator he takes sides with the super disrespectful and awful attitude of the receptionist! NO INTERNET!! they want you to hire the internet yourself when its impossible to do it in México for one month only. I travel the world, and this is the most terrible service and installations ever!!! Dirty, gross service, disrepectful people. Don't stay there, cheap should not mean dirty and without main necessities like internet, hot water and tv. It was a nightmare the whole time!!!

Fue una experiencia increíble, todo el personal de hotel es sumamente amable, las instalaciones me gustaron mucho, y la comida del restaurante es muy buena, definitivamente volvería y lo recomiendo muchísimo

Muy buena atención de parte de todo el personal, la comida del restaurante muy sabrosa, la ubicación del hotel es excelente , hay centros comerciales muy cerca, las camas muy cómoda, almohadas y sabanas muy limpias todo muy limpio, precios muy accesibles, sin duda estaremos de nuevo el año que entra....

Mi esposa y yo estuvimos en una estancia de tres días,el hotel y sus instalaciones son excelentes ,sus empleados muy amables,la habitación muy limpia y amplia al igual que el baño,la tarifa económica y además con desayuno generoso y rico incluido,pero hay muchas opciones cerca de comida también,la ubicación ideal,a solo unos 8 minutos caminando de la playa y como nos gusta caminar recorrimos la zona hotelera a pie y solo con cruzar la calle hay un Mega que saca de apuros, en fin que estuvimos muy Agusto, ampliamente recomendamos el hotel

En febrero tuvimos la oportunidad de viajar a los cabos y hospedarnos en el hotel Santa Maria, es un hotel de confort, buen servicio, en buena ubicación con una vista agradable, su restaurante con desayunos ricos. Lo recomendaría.
