Everything and everyone was great. From check in with Lilianas beautiful smile, to Dante, Jose and Rosalinas assistance when needed.
Close to 2 great supermarkets, a Oxxo , a Starbucks, and even a McDonald's.
There was a coffee machine, blender, toaster, fridge and dinnerware in the very clean room with balcony.
Also very close to the (very cheap) bus stop to Chileno Beach and Cabo San Lucas.
I would definitely return.
Don't miss Art Walk on Thursday night in the town center (take Uber).

Spent 2 weeks at Park Royal with family. As our previous trip we had an amazing time! The resort is just the right size for relaxing. Beautiful Pool and an amazing 2 bedroom condo. We like being on the third floor and we an a great view of the golf course, the ocean in the distance and the most beautiful sunsets each evening. The grounds on this resort of lovely and well maintained. What makes your stay at this lovely property special is the resort team. They make you feel at home as soon as you get there. They look after you and any requests you may have. Housekeeping does a daily clean of your condo, brings you supplies including bottle water. The condo is kept very clean and is so comfortable. From Georgina, Roberto, Pepe, Yaneli, Carlos, Rosealina to name a few of the team members who looked after us. So helpful and friendly! Thank you all for making our second stay at Park Royal Los Cabos so wonderful!

Nice little resort with all the amenities one could need…nice units with great kitchens plus updated bathroom’s. Staff was very accommodating and would definitely stay here again!! Great location. Close to stores and the beach!! Definitely recommended.

The good - friendly cleaning staff, good toilet paper, and no big bugs. Grocery stores are close and good massages are within a couple block and good tacos. Yikes - internet is always unstable, cuts out constantly and averages 3mbs downloads... often less than 1. The staff suggest public areas for internet as it's not available in all rooms. Only 2 English Channels on TV, one is News, so with no internet and no TV, nights here were not great. There is constant traffic noice from the deck as the main road is not very far away.

Perfect weather and a beautiful breeze off the ocean kept the room cool. I slept with the patio door open every day. The food at the restaurant was better than what I purchased in town. The room was cleaned and refreshed every day. The staff was helpful and friendly. The pool area was a wonderful place to hang out when not out shopping or touring. The bus system went up and down Hwy 1, called the tourist corridor, making it possible to go to San Lucas Cabo. The cost was 40 pesos. One of the main shopping areas of San Jose del Cabo is within walking distance or else, if older, a short taxi ride away. Be careful of the sidewalks; they are uneven. I did trip which caused injury and property damage. Nothing really serious but a disappointment. Other than that, it was a good experience. Not knowing Spanish was not a problem.

We have been to Royal Holiday Los Cabos many times and we always enjoy this location that is surrounded by the well kept golf course which gives it a bit of isolation from the busy surroundings

Location of hotel was not good. No amenities on site other than a pool and limited food options. Small TV with one english speaking channel. Shower was terrible. Sliding door didn't close most of the time. No coffee maker for 3 days. No offers to help with activities - nothing close by.

Hotel was a great stay! The staff was very welcoming and Lilian helped make are reservation process so easy! One of the best hotels my family has ever stayed at in Mexico. The location is in a great calm area too. Highly recommend staying here when visiting.
