Everything and everyone was great. From check in with Lilianas beautiful smile, to Dante, Jose and Rosalinas assistance when needed.
Close to 2 great supermarkets, a Oxxo , a Starbucks, and even a McDonald's.
There was a coffee machine, blender, toaster, fridge and dinnerware in the very clean room with balcony.
Also very close to the (very cheap) bus stop to Chileno Beach and Cabo San Lucas.
I would definitely return.
Don't miss Art Walk on Thursday night in the town center (take Uber).

This was a great place to relax! Property is well maintained with friendly staff. It has 2 nice pools and a smaller pool (that the iguanas had a swim in, lol) a nice patio area with tables and umbrellas to enjoy a lunch or drinks, 4 Bali beds and a shaded area to relax and read a book or two. My unit could sleep 6, full kitchen, 2 TVs and nice balcony overlooking the golf course. Short walk to the grocery store (700 metres) beach and restaurants. I wanted to go to a beach club and spoke to Nancy, activities coordinator, I wasn’t sure when I’d go. But when I did decide she was off, reception said to contact her on WhatsApp. Even though it was her day off she responded and gave me a few choices, even on her day off, AMAZING! Thank you Nancy! I chose to go to Veleros Beach Club, it was great and I really enjoyed my day there. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Park Royal Homestay and would go again, just felt like HOME. The only negative was the TVs, not smart TVs so unable to connect to stream off my devices.

Nice mid range accommodations. Clean grounds, clean rooms Staff were very helpful and check in was quick and efficient We were there during hurricane Lorena, staff were out cleaning the next morning Our room had overland water due to the massive amount of rain. Without hesitation they moved is up to the second floor It is a safe walking distance to supermarkets, Starbucks, stores and restaurants. It appeared there onsite restaurant was under utilized but the swim up bar was used and btw they make a wicked lemonade.

Absolutely horrible experience — we would’ve gladly paid not to stay here. My mom won this trip on the radio, but from start to finish, it was a nightmare. We arrived just after the 3pm check-in time and waited two hours in 85-degree heat for our rooms. No apology, no updates, no help — and I’m pregnant. I asked for assistance with our bags twice, and no one ever came. I ended up carrying them myself up and down stairs. The rooms, which were supposed to be next to each other, were on opposite sides of the hotel. The floors were filthy, cockroaches were everywhere (even by the pool), and one room smelled like cigarettes — in a non-smoking hotel. When I called the front desk to report the cigarette smell coming from our neighbors room, they claimed security would come but never did. Not once did anyone apologize or offer a solution. Staff was unhelpful, indifferent, and made no effort to make things right. I would never stay here again — and strongly recommend you don’t either.

The resort is cute, interesting neighborhood and was comfortable with a wonderful staff that made everything worth the stay! We had a spacious room with a surprisingly comfortable bed too! Nothing extravagant but sufficient, quiet and very clean!! The staff is so nice and accommodating that it made up for the older resort issue.. It was an enjoyable quiet comfortable place!

Spent 2 weeks at Park Royal with family. As our previous trip we had an amazing time! The resort is just the right size for relaxing. Beautiful Pool and an amazing 2 bedroom condo. We like being on the third floor and we an a great view of the golf course, the ocean in the distance and the most beautiful sunsets each evening. The grounds on this resort of lovely and well maintained. What makes your stay at this lovely property special is the resort team. They make you feel at home as soon as you get there. They look after you and any requests you may have. Housekeeping does a daily clean of your condo, brings you supplies including bottle water. The condo is kept very clean and is so comfortable. From Georgina, Roberto, Pepe, Yaneli, Carlos, Rosealina to name a few of the team members who looked after us. So helpful and friendly! Thank you all for making our second stay at Park Royal Los Cabos so wonderful!

This is a third trip to the resort in three years. Located off the main roads and backing onto a golf course the resort is quietly located. There was heavy construction at the Fortuna intersection which was noisy at times. This will end and the resort will return again to the peaceful state we have known it to be the prior two years. The food was great, the resort was clean and well groomed by the landscapers, The room was cleaned daily with a very decent standard of cleanliness. The beach is within walking distance and provided for great sunrises, sunsets and moonrises. We vacation here in June during the low season and love the heat and cooling off in the sparkling pool. We'll be back.

You can access walking distance or short Uber ride pretty much everything you can possibly need from this location. Short ride from SJD airport, walk to beach, supermarkets, restaurants, Walmart, short Uber to downtown (several restaurants to choose from in and near the Plaza). Uber to Cabo Marina is aprox 30mins … the staff here were amazing! Excellent housekeeping! Shout out to concierge service Sandra!! (Over and above service Sandra!). Highly recommended the massage place at the Hyatt also walking distance!! We celebrated our 40th anniversary and kicked off our retirement here!! Will definitely return but will bring my own pillow :)

Nice little resort with all the amenities one could need…nice units with great kitchens plus updated bathroom’s. Staff was very accommodating and would definitely stay here again!! Great location. Close to stores and the beach!! Definitely recommended.
