Hotel located conveniently close to main highway, walking distance to dining, shopping, hospital. Accommodation includes a good breakfast buffet.

Отличный отель, чистый. Вкусный завтрак и вежливый персонал. При выезде из отеля попросили распечатать документы и вызвать нам такси до аэропорта- нам во всем помогли. Мы очень довольны♥️♥️♥️

Shower was barely a trickle. I’ve never experienced such a poor shower. Shame on this hotel for charging guests for such shoddy accommodation. Room safe not working. Batteries need to be replaced. No fridge in room but website says every room has a fridge. Not a happy camper. Last day in beautiful Costa Rica tainted by this crappy hotel. Sorry but that’s how it was for us.

I took two different Caravan tours and they both ended here. The hotel is a little older but wasn't that bad. The included dinners and breakfasts were both good. They had a nice selection of tv channels with a bunch in English, most hotels on the vacation had at most 1 or 2. I had late checkout the first time I stayed which was nice. There is a pizza hut a local italian restaurant/pizzeria and another restaurant in the same are. Staff was very helpful. Had a problem with the a/c the first time and when reported was fixed quickly. The second time I emailed my boarding pass to the front desk, and they printed it out for me.

It is a very outdated hotel. The price should be $75/night. The beds were very hard. The air was very moist and humid. The halls had an old smell. The shower water did not get hot just warm. The breakfast was pretty good. The service desk employees were nice and happy. There is a taxi waiting at all times which is a plus. But this is a last minute no options hotel.

The hotel is lovely with good service. The breakfast buffet was rushed and not complete, perhaps because it was our last meal of a Caravan tour. The room was nice but we did not sleep well in either of two rooms because the air conditioner made a "whooshing" sound constantly and the sheets were hard and felt like they were starched and thus made a noise every time we moved.

We traveled as part of a Caravan Tours group. This was the last night and included a farewell dinner and breakfast the next morning. Although similar to other hotels in the options that they served on their buffet, the taste and texture of the food was off. While the dessert was good, the tea water and coffee available for self-serve were both cold. We requested hot water for tea and the manager responded, but did so in a dismissive nature. Others poured coffee and left it rather than complaining. Unfortunately the next morning, my husband and I were sick with an intestinal virus. I would recommend that Caravan pay a bit more for a decent hotel.

We spent the last night of a Caravan tour here prior to flying out. This is an older Quality Inn that has been remodeled and is adequate. There is a small bar and restaurant here. The bar offerings were limited (only one beer-Imperial). The restaurant catered a meal for our group that was very good. Our room was clean and the mattress was firm. The shower was tub-style. Furniture was not new but in very good condition. The clock was not set and a bit tricky to set. We wanted it set because we had to be up at 3:15 for a 4:30 departure.Instruction for setting are on the bottom but management should keep the set. The clock had working USB ports. Construction was underway in the hall at 8 pm at night which stopped after we complained.

We spent one night here at the end of our tour with Caravan Tours. The room was large, very clean with a very well appointed bathroom that included a hair dryer. It is about a 20 minute drive from the San Jose Airport which makes it very convenient for arriving and departing in Costa Rica. There is an airport shuttle available. We also enjoyed a great buffet dinner at this location with our tour package,

Stayed here one night as a part of a Caravan tours organized tour. The hotel is your basic near the airport type of hotel. The room was basic and clean. The baggage staff helping and doing what they need to do. This was our last hotel of the tour and there was a Farewell Dinner. This hotel strong point is NOT its food. But of all the desserts we had on the tour, this hotel had the best cheesecake thus far. When we arrived at the hotel from our 1.5 hr drive. We wanted to stretch our legs a bit so we asked the desk service rep if we could walk the busy street in front of the hotel. She seemed to be hesitant about it as there were not said walks, but we saw locals walking it. This area is a bit upscale. Lots of high end car dealerships and shopping plazas. As it was Xmas Eve none of the stores in the plazas were open. But it was a good walk never the less.
