Staffs from reception, guards and cafe are 100% awesome and friendly! Can be compared to 4-5 star hotel. What turns us off is the room! Though it’s spacious and complete, the room that was given to us was obviously vacant for a long time. Called the reception at first since the remote for the aircon is not working but after we noticed after a while that our feet were so dirty because of the floor. I didn’t bother calling the reception to have someone mop it up since it would be such a hassle to let someone in and wet the floor. 😭😭😭😭

They have free water refill. It's near also to greenhills mall got nice view from our room🥳

Simple hotel in Greenhills. Room is quite spacious but not really near the GH Shopping area and will require about 10 min walk. Parking is provided. Resto is fine and Staff are warm. Thank you for making our short stay comfortable.

Staff are all polite, very professional. They always make sure me and my family had a wondeful stay. Kudos to all your team and their dedication at work. keep it up. special thanks to all the service to team especially the buffet breakfast team and our housekeeping team. 1604 Thank you making our stay memorable.
