My wife and I stayed in the hotel for four nights this past week. This hotel is 10 minutes away from everything, exactly as advertised. Condado beach, Santurces bars and Calle Loize restaurants are all 10 minute walks away. Viejo San Juan, the airport and the bulk of San Juan are all 10-15 minute uber rides that averaged 10 USD. We did book a queen studio, so the room was very simple and small. It was a toilet, a shower in the main room and a queen size bed. Flat screen tv only works if you pay for subscription services, ie Netflix/Prime. Our logins worked, I can see it being confusing for some. Staff are very friendly and helpful, especially the overnight security guard Kevin. Very friendly when I needed anything at odd hours. This hotel is perfect if you plan on spending your time being active and away. We only came in to sleep or change clothes, hence the bulk of my staff experience being with Kevin.

If you are looking for a place close to the beach, grocery stores, bars, restaurants or simply the heart of San Juan, this is the place you want to stay. It is 100% worth the money. The staff is so attentive, delicate and detail oriented that you will feel like royalty. The beds are super comfortable, the decoration is flawless, and you have all the amenities you could possibly need. Thanks Ola Hotel.. I will definitely be coming back and recommend this place to everyone I know. ＜3

Great hotel. Very cozy and great location. Will come back everytime i visit Puerto Rico. It is very close to the beach and in the middle of the action between ashford avenue and loiza street. Restaurants and bars are steps away and the best city beach Ocean Park is one block away. Cant get better than that.
