It’s like stepping into a warm hug! The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming.

Hotel is a bit far from the center but very beautiful old Thai house style.

This resort is 20~25 mins driving distance to old town, and it is a nice environment for relaxing. The facilities and services are good, although some power sockets and hair dryers don't function.

It's on a highway which caused a lot of noise throughout the day and night.

Amazing and beautiful place made with traditional Thailand style 👍 Beautiful garden! Felt like I was in the middle of the nature! Highly recommended! The staff were very friendly and kind 😊 So greatful for my stay there

What a stunning villa I’ve ever been🤩 I’ve booked two rooms with my family so we got a whole block of V.7👍🏻 Love all the glasses🌿🌳all the woods🪵 Love the vibes so so much that I don’t even want to leave the place❤️ The swimming pool is very chill too🏊🏻♀️ Must come back again and stay longer next time🫶🏻 Is a good place to relax and enjoy peace🥰 Although the location is quite far from main town, it a MUST to stay a villa like this in Chiangmai so that you can even more enjoy the culture🇹🇭 You can use the app ‘Grab’ to call the vehicle to send you to anywhere so it still can be convenient to stay tho🚕 Also the staffs were very nice and helpful🤗 When I was taking photos in the lobby and dinning area, they open all the lights for me to make sure I can get some beautiful pictures📸 Unfortunately I can’t upload all the photos here as the review only allows me to upload 20 pictures🥹 I have took so many photos of the villa and I want to share to all of you cause there were really really beautiful💖 They also have a massage room and gym room too✨ I have used the gym room🏋🏻♀️ but didn’t have time to enjoy the massage💆🏻♀️ I’m sure I will be more satisfied if I have tried the massage🤤 Therefore, I highly recommended all to select Khum Wang Nuea Villa for your accommodation in Chiangmai💯 I guarantee that you will not regret😊

Lobby manager who calls nuy, she provide impolite service when we are check in , since I have Thai friend check in with me , she become annoying and seems she don’t like Thai people, this is my first time to see racism from Thai to Thai people , what a horrible service experience.

Ambiguous location. Classic atmosphere

The hotel is nice, but our room litter bit noisy at the night can't sleep, luckily the staff very helpful to change the room few days

I’ll say right away that without transport it’s difficult to get to the hotel and there’s absolutely nothing to do around it. The hotel itself is very beautiful and clean. The staff is incredibly friendly and really tries to help. Me and my girlfriend were only one customers in the entire hotel that day and the administrator upgraded our room to the most expensive one for free. The girl who drives us to the room was really cute. Hotel has buffet - it’s not really fancy ( they have all you need) , but also you can make an order from menu and the breakfast waiters brought us an order incredibly quickly and the service was excellent. In the end, I want to say that the hotel is clearly worth the money, a very beautiful and cozy place. I definitely recommend it

Vintage with modern facilities. We got a villa by the pool, and it was large, clean and amazing. The villa is quiet and peaceful probably perfect for couple or family who seek for tranquility. Staff was nice and helpful.

Nice place but the traffic wasn’t that convenient.

If you don't have a car, don't make a reservation. It' There's no restaurant around. It's hard to communicate with the staff. There's nothing outside the hotel. Breakfast is terrible. I'm going to get a hotel downtown. Taxi fares cost a lot. 차가 없으면 예약하지 마세요 고속도로 옆에 있어요. 주위에 식당 없어요. 직원과 의사 소통 힘들어요. 호텔 외각에 아무 것도 없어요. 아침 식사 형편 없어요. 전 다운타운 쪽 호텔을 잡을거에요. 택시비가 너무 많이 나와요. 치앙마이를 경험학고 싶으면 예약하지 마세요. 没有车就不要预约了，在高速公路旁边。 周围没有餐厅。 很难和职员沟通。 酒店外面什么都没有。 早餐太差劲了。 我要订市中心那边的酒店。 出租车费太高了。 想体验清迈就不要预约了。
