Fantastic location in the historic central area, great access to bars, restaurants, shopping and culture. Nicely remodeled hotel with spacious room and bathroom, comfortable king size bed, good quality towels and amenities. Two reasons for 4 stars and not 5: first, the opaque windows with tiny openings made the room stuffy and a little claustrophobic. Second, there was a very loud disco right outside that kept us up. If you stay here, ask for a room that doesn’t face the street.

I'm just about to check out after spending 6 nights here in a family suite which cost me a total of 7133 Pesos (£324). The staff are really nice here, special shout out to the lovely young lady who works the morning shift at the reception who spoke excellent English. Thanks for your assistance. My first night was really peaceful, but the rest of my stay was ruined by the extremely loud music from the bar across the road which went on till 1 am during the week and 4 am on Friday and Saturday nights. It was impossible to sleep at night. I'm really annoyed by this as it has nothing to do with the hotel of course, but I have to mention it so that future guests are aware of the situation. I would have given the hotel 5 stars otherwise.

Mi pareja y yo teníamos una reservación para seis noches, sin embargo, tuvimos que movernos tras dos noches, ya que justo enfrente del hotel se encontraban dos bares cuya música no paró hasta las 6 am aproximadamente. Supimos por unos huéspedes que la compañía contaba con otro hotel a dos cuadras, llamado "Palacio la embajada", al cual decimos trasladarnos. Este hotel, además de antiguo, tiene habitaciones sin ventilación y con un calor insoportable, de la misma forma, la terraza está vacía y no se corresponde a lo mostrado en las páginas web. Debido a todo esto, optamos por retirarnos definitivamente después de una sola noche. En cuanto al trato del personal de Santosi, este fue amable, servicial y atento, aunque debemos mencionar que se nos había asegurado que la habitación daría al interior del hotel y esto no fue cumplido.

Pésimo para quedarse en familia, mucho ruido de bares alrededor, las fotos que ponen no coinciden con las habitaciones, están muy encerradas hace demasiado calor, no tienen ventilación y por lo tanto no se puede refrescar, tampoco cuenta aire acondicionado. Lo único rescatable es que está en el centro histórico. No lo recomiendo.
