Alua Atlantico Golf - All Inclusive

This hotel is located close to the airport with short transfer times. Aircraft noise was not intrusive. We had a one-bedroom suite which was very spacious, well-furnished, very comfortable and well maintained throughout. The hotel grounds were well cared for with a choice of several pools complete with plenty of sun loungers. Staff were very helpful throughout our stay. Bookable courtesy coach operates twice daily from the hotel to both Los Christianos and Costa Adeje.

I would not say this is a 4* more like a 3* good clean hotel good size rooms that is the 4*. Now for the3* breakfast was the best meal but what they serve is a bit confusing bacon eggs ect. Then serve peas carrots broccoli sprouts .IF you like pork this is the hotel for you very poor choice of different meals.The entertainment team were really good work hard to get people to join in the games to good for this hotel the entertainment is in a room with pillars down the centre of the room so limited viewing but the entertainment was not that good.The pool was advertised as heated it was not.

The Alua is a big hotel and takes a bit of walking to get round it. The place was spotless and rooms excellent. The drinks tokens are a bit annoying and the bars are not fully staffed so can take a while waiting for service. The food is good, not an issue with the quality however the canteen (can’t call it a restaurant) is very noisy the staff throw plates and cutlery around making lots of noise when clearing up. It feels like you are being rushed in and out as quickly as possible. The set up of breakfast at the ocean bar should be good but the layout is awful and leads to lots of queuing and wandering about. We had a good time but won’t be back. Not enough staff working in the bars and the noisy canteen isn’t great. It suits families rather than couples. Nice coastal path at the edge of the hotel and goods bars around the hotel.
