I’m writing this while waiting to leave to go home and I’m so sad!! We’ve had a wonderful stay, so much so that I’ve booked again for next year (which is worth doing because there’s a discount for returning visitors). We’ve been in number 1 for a week, two bedroom apartment with great amenities. Everything is clean and comfortable. I would prefer aircon but it didn’t really get too hot, although I don’t think I’d be as comfortable in the Summer! The shower was great but had a couple of issues with the rain shower when the water pressure dropped but not the end of the world. I would also have preferred the towels changed more regularly but we just put them in the washer. The communal pool area is shared with San Miguel but was never busy. The main pool is big enough for laps although it’s salt water. Lovely and clean too. The small hot pool is wonderful too. We loved our location, right on the coast path and close to San Blas for bars, restaurants and the supermarket. Great visit and can’t wait to return!

This place is amazing the staff are amazing and the location is key. The kitchen is well stocked utensil wise. The grocery store is a very close walk. San blais is right there and los abrigos is really close walk. Manuel was a excellent lifeguard and gave some great tips about the island. The grounds crew was always tending to the property and testing the pool water. The cleaning staff was excellent and thorough. The owners were attentive and extremely professional. We will be going back

Best place I’ve ever stayed - why would I go anywhere else ! Currently on my 4th day here and what can I say, apartment is stunning, pool is stunning, area is beautiful with shops, bars, restaurants. There is a small fishing village which is a 15 minute walk along the coast with some lovely seafood restaurants, the coastal walk is lovely. Transfer is only 10 minutes in a taxi ( 20 euros) there is a supermarket within a 5 minute walk. Apartment has all the amenities you could ask for, bbq is great for eating in, huge balcony area to relax in, I will make this my go to holiday for a very long time.

We have booked with 11 holiday home for the last 7 years and we hope to be back next year. The home from home experience is perfect for us. We would highly recommend a stay at 11 holiday homes if you enjoy a self catering holiday. The staff are so helpful and extra mile to solve any problems or bookings

Lovely week at 11 Holiday Homes. Everything that you need for a self catering holiday Really good location too. Just booked flights with Jet2 then the accommodation separately then €20 taxi from airport.

We spent 15 nights in 121 Seafront and thoroughly enjoyed it. The apartment is spacious and comfortable with a great patio overlooking the sea. Everything is supplied to self-cater with salt, pepper, oil and vinegar as well as cleaning stuff below the sink. Good quality shampoo, conditioner, s/gel and body lotion enough for your whole stay. Bedding, towels and tea towels changed weekly. The only downsides are the bathroom and kitchen which could do with being updated. All appliances required are supplied and in good condition. Both are fine for a short stay. The staff are great. Quick to respond from booking to checkout. Highly recommend and hope to return.

The place is beautiful, very clean and modern. All facilities you could wish for are included. Highly recommend a BBQ night at the villa. Swimming facilities spot on. Marcela in reception took care of all our needs. Fantastic place & would highly recommend

Great property - very well maintained and fully equipped for a week away with the family. Fully stocked with towels, shower and cleaning products and fantastic pool and surrounding areas. Easy access to local restaurants and lovely beaches within a short drive.

Really lovely apartment in the heart of San Blas. The views from the the terrace simply wonderful. The staff in the office go over and beyond what you would normally expect We have already booked for even longer next year and for the years to come.
