I’m sorry to write this here, but I feel I need to share my experience. I accidentally left my AirPods at the hotel 3 weeks ago and have been in touch with a staff member since then. I offered to pay for the shipping costs to have them sent back to me in Mexico City. Unfortunately, they still haven’t been returned, and I haven’t received any clear response. I really hope they don’t intend to keep them. I’m still hoping for a positive outcome, and I’d appreciate if someone from the hotel could finally get back to me.
