Overall, the hotel is overpriced. The rooms are very nice, the restaurant also. However, the pool area looks super nice on the photos, is in reality miniature (especially the pool) and could use some maintenance work. The worst is the hotel manager. My room key broke (just like that, without using any force). There were terrace doors with key holes, but the hotel management did not find it necessary to have keys to these doors. So they charged me for cutting out a window! to open the door to the room. Not only that, the hotel manager took out his frustration on me and - women travelers beware! - mansplained "logic" to me (while his reasoning was devoid of any) and made fun of me, or rather used it as proof that I "overuse" keys, because I locked my terrace doors for the night. He actually listened and told me that I was overheard locking them by his maintenance guy. Well, any burglar could have entered that room without cutting out a window, but I paid for it and took my frustration home with me. An unpleasant experience, unfortunately. Especially the condescending behavior or the hotel manager. Be careful with the keys!!!

We were disappointed with this hotel. The room was too hot at night and there was no alternative bedding to the duvet available despite the hotel knowing well that this was an issue. Reception said they would check but never got back to us so we asked again when they admitted the issue. No instructions for the safe in our room on arrival, had to wait for the guy to come and help (he was good). Soft furnishing in the pool area was unattractively torn and stained Long wait for dinner the first night when we were tired, surprising when it was early, the restaurant was nearly empty and without atmosphere. Food was good when it came but a 20% service charge was not at all appropriate or standard in Chile in other hotels. Reception reduced the charge on request. They were helpful when our airport transfer was late.

This location was exactly what I wanted, not wanting the experience or expense of a stiff more corportate hotel. I loved my stay. Very clean and comfortable, with excellent and friendly staff. Lucio and Andrea were great in making sure I had everything needed from excursions, to hotel provided bikes, meals, airport transfers, luggage storage and directions. It's a very easy walk to the main streets of town and a close bike ride to a handful of sites. No air conditioning, but I found the fans to work just fine and never felt over heated. Would definitely recommend.

A lovely hotel built in the traditional style to be part of the town but very modern. Nice, clean, well appointed rooms although not aware of any air conditioning but the fan provided was enough to keep us cool and comfortable . A short walk to the Main Street. We only had breakfast in the restaurant which was very good and varied

Rooms are very hot, the staff is rude and the pool area needs to be remodeled. They do not like to give information only sell tours which is higher than the agencies you find on the main road. The price is high for what you get. The only good thing was the breakfast. Book another hotel!!!
