The Phoenix Resort

It’s been the most wonderful time at the Phoenix. We are usually a bit critical, but it’s been perfection. The scenery, the beautiful suite and most of all the service was impeccable. Shout out to Pamela, Tatiana, Candice and Rolando. 5 star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ all the way. We booked our trip for next year already, but we are planning to go 10 nights. So fun and fabulous PS: plus, we loved the Happy Hour at 5pm. They do so many nice things!

The beds! Soooooo comfortable. Many pillows to choose from. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The pool is clean, warm and steps from the beach. Rolando provided exceptional poolside service, brought us drinks to us in the pool and brought our food poolside. The restaurant at the hotel is very good, ate there several times and each meal was delicious. We will be back and would choose The Phoenix, in the heart of San Pedro, every time. Oh, and it's steps from Palapa, the best outdoor bar with live music.

I can't say enough about The Phoenix Resort in Ambergris Caye! The service was top notch and the staff was always so helpful and friendly. They made all of our reservations for excursions, airport transfers and restaurants and there was never any issues. We loved sitting by the pool and the staff there were so attentive and nice. The rooms were prestine and so comfortable. We loved that we had a resort environment, but we were right in town so it made it easy to go to nearby resturants, however the restaurant on site was excellent, so if you didn't want to leave you could stay on site and always have an excellent meal. We will definately be returning!

Beautiful, spacious 3 bedroom condo, comfortable beds, exceptional staff and impeccable service. Highly recommend the Phoenix and would return without hesitation. The staff booked our activities, made reservations for us at restaurants, recommended restaurants, brought up complimentary items to our room and was always available to help, very quick turnaround on our questions.

My family and I cannot say enough good things about our stay at The Phoenix. As a family who travels both domestically and internationally very frequently, this is one of the best experiences we have had! The staff was all very attentive and friendly and handled every aspect of our reservations and transportation all week. They offered up amazing dining recommendations and were more than happy to take care of setting up any and all reservations or trips we planned. Throughout our stay, they also had great communication and reminded us of all the reservations, etc. we had booked each day. The Phoenix resort and staff truly took all the work from planning a vacation and made us feel very relaxed. Their service was 1000/10. The resort itself is luxurious and feels very private! It is central to everything you’d want to go to, including restaurants, shops, and excursions on the water, but still feels secluded while you’re on the property. Our room was very clean and every aspect of our suite was well thought out. We had a group of 4 people and the 2 bedroom suite was more than enough room. We were so pleasantly surprised when we got to our room and it was massive. Overall, we had a fabulous stay at The Phoenix. Every part of our stay was made delightful by the hands-on and attentive staff who handled every need we had with ease. The property is stunning and the only thing we would do different is make our trip longer next time! We will 100% be coming back to Belize and definitely will be staying at The Phoenix again.

From the moment we arrived, we knew this trip was going to be different. From the incredibly friendly staff, beautiful 5-star accommodations, delicious on-site meals, and ease of booking offsite dinners-snorkling tours-golf cart transportation, The Phoenix Resort is a complete experience. Great for families, vegans, adventurers and loafers....WE WILL BE BACK FOR SURE!!!!
