Hotel Nude Zipolite & Beach Club

Noisy awful music all day long makes enjoying this place impossible. Trashy crowd too. It makes it impossible to enjoy the serenity of Zipolite. Quite a weird policy as most of the guests complain about the music but the hotel persists in playing it.

Do not book this hotel through a third party website (*******, TripAdvisor etc.). We made that mistake and our reservation was cancelled three months later. The Hotel told us that they will be closed for repairs the week we planned to be there. However, our friends made reservations directly with the hotel for the same week. They were told that the hotel will be open, but that they were overbooked. Only people who reserved through a third party are being bumped.

This hotel has changed from a peaceful resort to unbearably noisy . They have pool parties on the beach with horrible loud electronic music with a pounding bass with no regard for their guests . After a three week stay and many complaints I will not return . Their website advertises rest , rejuvenation and romance yet none of this is possible due to the noise . Don't even bother to think about dining here as the noise is so loud you will not be able to talk . Sad & disappointing . Also , no hot water or wifi in most rooms .

This was our first stay in Zipolite and although we loved the entire area, we will NEVER ever go back to Nude. The service is absolutely awful in the bar and restaurant. Most people complained about the music, which we expected the week of the festival but the following week it was loud at random times. We never had hot water for more than a few minutes and that was 5 days into our stay when we finally got some. They kick you out of the pools at 10-11 depending on how many people are there it seems. The toilet paper holder fell off the wall randomly twice and bruised my foot. I can’t express how slow and terrible the service was, despite how good we tipped. They never checked to see if you needed anything once your food was delivered or you got your first drink. Getting the bill was like pulling teeth, taking upwards of an hour at one point. There are SO many better options in the area. This hotel is in desperate need of better management.

I didn't actually stay here. I stayed nearby in a lovely place. A place that yes played good music at a normal volume that could not be heard after walking 50 feet away and that stopped playing at a reasonable hour HOTEL Nude's music starts at around noon and goes pretty much constantly until very late disturbning all the hotels anywhere near them. And it's really lousy music. BGOM BOOM BOOM BOOM If you came to Zipolite like most normal human beings for a blissful, quiet, serene experience, Nude would definilely not be for you. One night I was kept up until 130 AM with their ridiculous cacophony despite having headphones on playing very loud wave sounds. Why anyone would stay at this place is beyond me. AVOID unless your idea of fun is to hear BOOM BOOM BOOM all day long. UGH

We selected the seaview room for 300 usd we expected something decent, the view was great but the room with a small air conditioner that barely cooled the room, shower pressure poor no hot water and salty water The ammenities are horrible, the terrace with old plywood The pools are noce as well as the restaurant but totally o er prices vs the zone
