While someone will not enter the home, we appreciate your cooperation in allowing them to perform maintenance duties peripherally or if any equipment need repairs the technician will enter through a seperate gate without interrupting the guests. We only notify the guest if they need to get inside the house not the yard . This is a large home and we need guests cooperation to keep it in good conditionIf rules are not honored, guests will be asked to leave and will not receive a refund from the host.
