Hotel Globo Suite-Correnti Hotels

We've just returned from our second trip of the year to this great centrally located hotel. It's clean and spacious rooms are fantastic. Dogs are also welcome. The big plus is the car park in this busy city. Many thanks for another excellent stay.

Bad experience! Upon check -in, and while we were tired and thirsty from our trip we asked the person at the reception ( later it turned out to be the hotel owner!) if there is complementary water in the room and he said no. I decided to leave my luggage in the room and walked quickly to a nearby super market to buy water. When I entered the hotel's lobby the hotel owner saw me carrying the water and he said to me that it's not permitted to carry water which I bought from outside since he also sells water in the hotel. I have stayed in several hotels throughout Europe, it was the first time in my life to hear something like this! Let alone what he told me was 100% illegal, it was also utterly inconsiderate and unprofessional as I had just checked in with my family a few minutes before!! We literally argued about that and that made feel sad and frustrated. Apparently, he didn't care at all about the impression that would make on his new guests. To make matters worse, when I went to my room I saw in the fridge two small water bottles ( 500 ml each) My wife kept on telling me that they must be complementary but judging by what I dealt with at the reception I was looking at her in disbelief. She decided to call at the reception to ask. She was told that the cost is 4.5 euros for each. You can imagine how much money a three member family would have to spend for water daily in this hotel in the middle of the summer!? In conclusion, I would never go again or recommend this hotel to anyone as the management has come up with illegal and sly ways of making money.

We stayed in a junior suite which is located in a building adjacent to the main hotel. The +s were a large room with seating area and good sized bathroom with walk in shower. The room felt clean and the bed was comfortable. Minus mainly location as our room overlooked a busy road which is part of a main square on the edge of the pedestrian zone. The curtains were poor quality and we could not get the blinds to work so it was light early. If we stayed again we would book a room in the main hotel and not overlooking the square. Only interaction was with staff reception who were fine.

Il pregio vero e proprio di questa struttura è la posizione centralissima a due passi dalla via principale dove trovi il teatro Ariston ed i negozi migliori. A parte questo, la camera non è stata affatto quella vista e prenotata via web, stretta e piuttosto datata e non particolarmente pulita. Lampadina comodino bruciata e tubo doccia che perde. Nel sito non precisano che la colazione non è possibile perchè sono in corso lavori nella sala, per cui occorre uscire e cercare un bar dove poter consumare almeno una colazione minimale. Il parcheggio consiste in quattro posti auto nel cortile dove si trova l'ingresso dell'hotel ed anche nel parcheggio sotterraneo che si trova al centro della piazza è problematico parcheggiare l'auto. Piuttosto deludente, per una notte ci si può accontentare, ma non di più.

hotel molto bello e comodissimo, è ubicato a 2 passi dal teatro dell'Ariston e dunquee in pieno centro. personale molto gentile e disponibile. noi abbiamo soggiornato nelle suite e che dire, davvero meravigliosa; camera enorme con ingresso salotto con TV camera da letto con TV e bagno gigantesco. colazione molto buona sia salata che dolce

Accoglienza , servizio, posizione eccellente. La camera era sopra alle nostre aspettative La cordialità dei fratelli Correnti è stata fantastica. Ci ritornerò sicuramente con la mia famiglia e amici, è stato veramente un bel soggiorno. A. Noi.
