You like spectacular sunrises and sunsets?, you like to hear the sea when going to sleep and awaken? - then this is the perfect place to be. I booked a spacious family apartment (living and bedroom) at a reasonable price (got 208) and everything was clean BUT there was an unbearable stench in the bedroom coming from the mattress. Although I kept the windows open day and night the stench didn't go away. The breakfast is cheap but if you are used to a healthy diet you need to "enrich" the offered food yourself.

Amazing restaurant, everything was absolutely perfect, fresh food and a beautiful hotel. Would recommend so much I’m going back at the end of the month. Right by the beach and a wonderful location for a holiday in Spain.

First of all I would give Alicia on the front desk Five Stars and a pay rise! Alicia always smiling always helpful what a great credit she is to the hotel. The other lady was also very smiley but I didn’t have interaction with her. The young Russian man (sorry forgotten your name) also very pleasant. I paid for room with balcony and it did not disappoint. The room, wardrobe were large bed very comfortable. Balcony large but planted area along dirty dead plants it should have looked pretty which it didn’t. I know it’s still classed as winter but nevertheless it could have looked better. Bathroom had everything needed including very fancy shower! The room was spotless each day so again wonderful maid service. So these are all the positive points.. However, I feel the hotel is missing out on a lot of custom! The first morning I was tired I forgot my breakfast voucher and it was indicated that I had to go back to my room and get it before I was given coffee. My mistake but rather petty and unwelcoming Breakfast was poor… quarter full small bowl of bland cereal. Juices not freshly squeezed processed ham and cheese slices (brought out chilled from fridge)doughnuts bread yoghurt. I preferred to go over the road and pay for fresh juices. The ambiance is dated and not inviting at all. They could add small vases of flowers tablecloths set the table etcetera. Little touches make all the difference! One evening I realised I had no water I went downstairs around 10pm to be told bar was locked up no access to water I could go up the road and buy some! Various people told me food isn’t great but on a positive note apparently the pizza they serve at the beach bar is very good. However observing that their restaurant was never busy when others were consistently packed surely tells them they need to up their game. They have simply the best position overlooking the beautiful bay and are literally sitting in a goldmine but maybe they just want to poodle along… I wish they would invest a little and they would reap huge rewards. Would I stay there again yes because very friendly staff, lovely room and view but I did pay a lot for this experience.

We booked a 3 night stay here and didnt expect much. It is an excellent place to stay, the view from our large balcony was stunning! The receptionist maybe manager Alicia was so friendly and accommodating, we were so happy. Our room was clean, the bed comfortable, shower great, lots of hot water. We couldn't fault the place. A breakfast was included and very generous considering the great value for the room. Plenty of choice of juices , bread rolls or sliced bread. Ham, cheese, various pates. It was a gentle stroll on the beach to Sotto Grande, but good restaurants locally. Alicia recommended a restaurant Deseco not far away and it was fabulous, staff so friendly too. We will be returning this year,just so good .

Was so looking forward to staying here after reading all of the excellent reviews. But very disappointed. The only things we liked was the sound of the waves when going to bed and when awake. Liked the smell of seaweed and the fact that the room door had a key rather than a card entry. Bar closed at 10pm. With all lights being turned off whilst we were still finishing our drinks! Restaurant for breakfast... windows dirty and needed a paint. No cereal . Just rolls, bread etc. Not much choice at all. Balconies/ sounds echo throughout. So unable to talk with somebody hearing. All quiet after 10pm. Nothing to do in the area. Although the Indian restaurant was first class. Would highly recommend that! Went to the Dubliner Irish bar, hoping to have some Irish music. Just sports on . Waited 10 minutes. And although was empty, we wasn't served. Would not stay in this resort or hotel again and wouldn't recommend to anyone. !

Cada mes de julio acabo volviendo. El personal y todos sus servicios son impecables. Son amables, discretos, hacen lo imposible para que todo esté a tu gusto. Un trato genial.
