Mycket bekväm och ren miljö, stort rum, stort badrum och superrent, 5 minuters promenad från Shell Beach, mycket prisvärt, detta är min bästa upplevelse, jag kommer definitivt att komma till detta hotell nästa gång och rekommenderar det till familj och vänner.

Utmärkt service och superb behandling. Rummet var perfekt för några dagar. Även om det var svårt att hitta parkering eftersom det var en blå zon.

Bra ställe och mycket bra beläget från stranden, 20 minuter från gamla stan

Went SS for 3nights, stay at UMA suites. It’s ok! Easy to access everywhere. Away from the old town but can walk along the beach to the old town. Bus stops nearby , also convenient too. Nice cafes around the area too. Room is clean and tidy, spacious. Common area has coffee machine too. The only thing we don’t like it’s the room they assigned us was a disabled designed bathroom. The water flood everywhere everytime we go shower.

Todo espectacular

Genial. Nuevo y limpio. Habitación espaciosa y funcional. Tiene secador y jabones. Tiene café y té disponible tanto en la habitación como en el hall. Buena comunicación y fácil acceso. Al lado de la playa de Ondarreta.

Vi var mycket besvikna på vår vistelse. Kort efter incheckningen hittade vi en kackerlacka i vårt rum. Detta var extremt obehagligt och väckte allvarliga farhågor kring renlighet och hygien. Till deras förtjänst svarade personalen snabbt och flyttade oss till ett annat rum. Men när vi begärde en rimlig kompensation för besväret erbjöd hotellet bara 20 % rabatt. Vi förklarade att upplevelsen motiverade en större gest – minst 50 % – med tanke på rummets oacceptabla skick och störningarna i vår vistelse, men de vägrade. Det nya rummet var bra, men händelsen lämnade ett negativt intryck. Vi förväntade oss bättre standard och ansvarstagande från ett hotell av denna nivå. Tyvärr kommer vi inte att återvända.

An absolute gem of a place!!!! .....amazing location, staff, extremely helpful and very friendly, it totally made our trip, just fantastic. The location is perfect to access the area s of the city, parking was a 10minute walk way, but we were able to drop off and collect out baggs outside the hotel with no problems. the parking is very safe and secure, you need to see the consigre to get the lower rate too. The hotel was spotless! we have been travelling all over Spain for the last month and this was, by far, the cleanest. The bed so comfortable, decent fridge, kettle, tea and coffee in the room , the towels were huge! the best I think Ive ever had, all over the world... We cannot fault the staff of hotel in anyway, shape or form, I highly recommend and we will not hesitate to return . there was a little traffic noise but that would not put me off returning again. These guys work so hard to make the stay perfect and it was! Thanks guys , we will be back!

Superb location beside Ondarreta beach. It is a Beautiful location. Ondarreta is a wonderful village with great coffee houses. The hotel has excellent staff and, guest facilities. Its quiet and rooms are large. Intend returning. Everything a visitor needs is close by.

We were so happy with our four nights stay at the hotel. Liked the location and the neighborhood, the rooms were clean with comfortable beds, linen, towels and products. Great with the water and coffee in the lobby and the possibility to loan bicycles. The staff were nice and welcoming… we were most in contact with Xavier who was so attentive, helpful and communicative in every possible way. Thanks for a lovely stay and we hope to return in the future.

Great location, very nice beach just 5 min walk away. Loved the area - lots of great food nearby. It's also more local, so you get to escape the tourist crowd in Old Town (but still have quick access to more touristy areas if you want to experience it!). But it was the staff that really made this stay 5 stars. They went out of their way to assist throughout the stay, and especially when my return flight was cancelled - going as far as helping me find alternative flight options. Thank you again!

A very positive experience: within an easy walk of the Miramar palace and beach, spacious room, very tidy large bathroom, all very clean. The hotel lobby has a coffee machine and water dispenser (including carbonated). There are a few nice places to get beers and pintxos just round the corner, and you can also reach the funicular to Monte Igueldo and the Comb of the Wind sculpture by following a pleasant seaside promenade. Walking in the other direction, you can easily get to the city centre (30 minutes if you enjoy a walk). Otherwise, there are very frequent busses. Great place to stay on holiday or for a business trip, especially if attending one of the many conferences at Palacio Miramar.

Hôtel très confortable, à décoration moderne situé à Antiguo, hors quartier touristique. Chambre très confortable avec dosettes de café et thé, mini frigo et bouteille d’eau à disposition. Le lit est très confortable. La salle de bain est de bonne taille avec une grande douche. Les produits de toilette sont fournis. Le quartier est très agréable, avec des bars à pintxos fréquentés par les espagnols uniquement. Il y a très peu de touristes. La plage de la Concha et le centre ville sont facilement accessibles à pied ou en bus. Un hôtel où nous reviendrons pour un futur séjour. Le rapport qualité prix est très intéressant.
