The beautiful house, built in Art Nouveau style, is centrally located directly above the port (50 m as the crow flies) of San Vincenzo. A direct path leads to the pedestrian area along the pier and the nearby free beach. Beautiful, historical apartment block "La Rosa dei Venti", 2 storeys, semi-detached. 3 apartments in the property. Property composed of main house and outbuilding, in the centre of San Vincenzo, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 50 m from the sea, 180 m from the beach, direct access to the beach.
