Everything was perfect with great hospitality.. great location....its worthy to have a stay here with budget cost....the bank is just behind the hotel and you can enjoy the night market on weekend nearby....there are plenty of restaurants you can choose to enjoy local food....I can easily go anywhere because the E - hailing is just a click away...

The room cleaning is not automatic and should be done daily. You have to request it. This includes replenishing water.

Pretty disappointed overall. Booked this hotel because the review was decent. The experience turned out to be quite bad actually. Firstly the hotel insisted on deposit of 150rm upon arrival. The room was somewhat clean. There was no house cleaning service, no change of towels and replenishment of bottled water. When we came back in the evening and found out the room was not cleaned. We called counter to request for water, nobody picked up the call despite several attempts. Only till next day did we found out that house cleaning is based on request. First time knowing that house cleaning is not a default option.

Extended another night but mistakenly booked another type of room. The earlier room for 3D2N was more spacious and cleaner than the 3rd night. I highlighted the problem mould on the ceiling and broken sink. As usual the friendly staff who came to inspect explained that he would inform and further action to be taken. If I were to book again, I will definitely book the former room.
