I would suggest you ask for a receipt upon checking out. I stayed at this hotel this past weekend April 7 -8 we had to leave due to an emergency. My husband spoke with the hotel clerk told her we were checking out, she replied “okay”. When I came down went to the desk, she said I’ve checked you all out. Well, she did not check us out and we have been charged for days we did not stay. After speaking with the manager, they will not refund the days we did not stay, stating there is no proof we checked out, ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! Never again will I stay at this Hampton INN. Thankfully, there are other hotels next door to this hotel, you may want to look at staying there I would not trust this hotel with my credit card.
