- What a bad experience with the room without a fridge. As you try to sleep at night you could also hear the doors noise of rooms closer to you. As you thought that is enough at least is in the morning I have to leave the hotel, my LDV spare Tyre is stolen, and I was told that I've parked at my own risk. No one told me that when I checked in, which is not fair. So, this means that even the guests are not safe at all. Why is the main gate control by security and they apply all security measures before you enter? but when my Tyre is missing, I'm told that you park at your own risk. The hotel will not take accountability.

I arranged an early check in as had just got off an overseas flight and my room was ready. I often have to do this and always have push back or I am treated as if they are doing me a big favour and it is an inconvenience but not at this hotel, the staff were so lovely and so helpful. The room was clean, comfortable and have absolutely no complaints. Breakfast was plentiful and well cooked with lots of variety. A restaurant is within the boundaries of the hotel so you can walk over from the hotel and it is very safe to do so as you are within the security of the hotel. There is a free shuttle service and the driver was very helpful and we were well looked after. Well done to the management at this hotel as the staff have obviously been excellently trained which sadly is lacking in the majority of hotels these days.

Excellent service. Friendly staff. Warm hospitality every needs met. Convenient and excellent location. Close to shopping malls. Situated in a quiet area no hustle and bustle. Great relaxation at the pool and Halaal breakfast was provided. Reception staff particularly a lady that stood out for me Ms. Nosicelo she was extremely helpful and very courteous not often you get this kind of reception at front desks. Thank you Nosicelo for making my stay so memorable
