The apartment was clean and comfortable to stay in. The apartment manager was very friendly and professional. I really enjoyed my stay there.

The place was under construction. The furniture was ripped. No access code for wi-fi received and DSTV didn’t work. The reception area is a tiny hut outside the building. I left after 30 minutes, they refused a refund in spite of this and denied everything. Stay far, far away!

Absolutely terrible experience. We reserved accommodations at Prestige for three days end-March and again three days at end-April. We paid a 50% deposit via international wire transfer and despite numerous email requests for confirmation the funds were received we did not receive a response. We had to phone them and only then did they confirm the funds had arrived. On March 22nd, one day before we were to arrive at Prestige, they sent an email telling us they never received any payment for our booking. That is correct - after confirming they had received the deposit suddenly they tell us no payment had been received. I tried calling them and then they provided a Watts App number to call... and this is supposedly a professional company... I spoke with their representative who told me everything would be alright and to arrive at the property for our intended stay. We did just that and upon our arrival were terribly dismayed by the condition of the facility. The suite was not very clean. Carpets were not vacuumed, and the general state was depressing. The main bedroom is in a loft area and that is the only room with an HVAC system. The coffee machine did not work, there was no dish washing soap at the kitchen sink nor was there any washing soap or softener for the clothes washing machine. I sent a Watts App message for assistance and they told me they do not provide coffee machines nor any soaps or other items for the apartments. I sent them a picture of the Nespresso coffee machine in the kitchen and let them know their website has a photograph advertising the suites, and includes one with a lovely coffee machine! Now, what do I believe? The coffee machine standing on the kitchen counter and the photograph on their website or the person telling me they don't provide these? Tiles in the exterior hallways are being replaced; the hallways were uneven where tiles had not been replaced and this caused unsafe, trip, conditions as one walked down the hallway. The front door lock was missing. Cabinets had holes in them. Tiles inside the unit were cracked and missing. Trim pieces on appliances were damaged and missing. Baseboards were damaged. Walls had pieces missing from them. We immediately left the apartment and found alternate accommodation. As we left we advised staff at the lobby area of our decision to leave. The next morning I sent a Watts App message to the person I had been communicating with and advised we had not stayed and had immediately checked out and I requested they process the refund of the deposit we paid. They did respond and suddenly they found our deposit which they did agree to refund . They told me they would need my banking details and I replied I will send this upon my return home on April 8th which I did. I provided them with my bank's SWIFT number and my account number... the same bank that I used to send the deposit via international wire transfer. They told me my bank does not appear on the list of banks th

Prestige apartments on Grayston Drive are in a great location for accessing Sandton and area beyond. The check in was swift and the apartment was advertised conveniently furnished for comfortable stay. The night city views are relaxing and back up power means you don’t suffer loadshedding trauma. The security system has been upgraded since my last say making it easier to use with access code control.

We got the luxury penthouse. Good concept but not as expected. In lack of many basic amenities. No adapters for chargers. Upon request they only provided 1 for all 3 of us to use(very in convenient) Air conditioner in top room only and doesn't work. Apartment In need of maintenance. Very old. The upstairs room had horrible lighting, as good as nothing. Very dull white light. We asked for them to add a bulb but were ignored. 2 lamps on bedside tables, however 1 was only for show (not plugged in and no socket to plug it in) The other lamp had a dull white bulb. Again , low std. No hair dryer. But provided on request only. It's great that power back up is available during load shedding. No scale provided , even upon request. You need to carry your luggage all the way to the gym and weigh it there. They refuse to bring the scale to us. Very inconvenient. Concierge and security on point with friendly staff. Overall, it was a good stay ,but difficulties due to small issues.

This place is really good, the apartments are in very good condition the location is very good and the service is also pretty amazing. I would definitely visit again on another business trip and recommend to others as well.

We had stayed at Prestige two and half years ago pre-Covid. Then the apartment was okay, but now, shocking. The shower door was broken, oven door was broken, the lock to the door half falling off. Holes in the wall, dirty as well. Grime in the bathroom and mould in the showers. The linen to the beds dirty and had holes in them and same for the towels. No shower mat so take care as the tiles are very slippery. Grime around the basin. No hairdryer. Our key was left in the door by the cleaners which was very bad form as anyone could have gone into our room and taken what ever they wanted. The sofas were very used and needed replacing. One positive was the staff were so lovely. Always had a smile and happy to help. Such a pity about the property. Sadly won’t be going back.
