Ambience was good. Staff was very helpful. Good Hygeine maintained. Rooms are good. Very nice place for family also.

Very basic hotel. Cleanliness is very basic. Very dark rooms and old furniture. We took extra mattress, which was very bad.

the hotel icon in sangli location, entrance, lobby, and the conversations at the reception were all excellent. the cleanliness of the hotel room was impressive. the staff’s behavior and communication with the guests were commendable. most importantly, the food at their restaurant, especially the breakfast, was delicious. everything was outstanding—simply the best!
