Loud music played in the hotel till 2 am in the morning. Hotel staff is well behaved. Manager is arrogant.

With cloud booking, you will get smallest room in hotel. Dont have space to even walk also. If you have done booking with hotel cloud, then better ignore it.

Stay was pleasant, food was really good. But the only thing which went pathetic was if we asked for extra tea cups they said its a rule not to give more than 2 tea cups in a room and in the end the breakfast which was included in the itinerary was being charged and they took money for it !

Bathroom and wc is not cleaned properly. Stains are there at wc. Odd smell in the washroom. In summer small frizz is very much required.

Overall experience was bad. There was water leakage inside the room whenever it rained. The hotel was average. There was water leakage inside our room whenever it rained. The food was good but the restaurant was a little stuffy. The size of the rooms was also very small.
